    Partner blabbing my meds!

we lost power for 3 weeks and yeah, the heat and humidity are brutal on meds. keep vials in a garage fridge if you can - same idea as a mail truck or ups truck in summer heat. freezer for long-term storage, fridge side for what you're using.

    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

My go to now are small tuna portions about one ten to one fifty calories with seventeen grams protein. Quick and nutritious. Sardines work great too.

    Leg crossing is back, baby!

stacking those two has a real bad histamine reaction. anaphylaxis is super unlikely but you get the reaction, freak out, and then a panic attack on top. always start micro, lay down, chill. keep an EpiPen handy.

    Ozempic face transformation!

Titrate down to the lowest dose that keeps blood sugar controlled. My endo said that when I had side effects and didn't need max weight loss. Switched to mounjaro, landed on a lower maintenance dose, gained 5 lbs because appetite suppression's milder.

    GLP-1s making me kinda mad

When do you all take it for the other health stuff? Right before gym? In the morning? Curious how you time it especially if you're taking it for gym benefits. And if you do morning does it carry into evening?

    Mounjaro long-term?

Done piling up GLPs. Moving through other peptides now to see which ones stick long term. Too many to try, not enough hours.

    Kinda slow loss. Anyone else?

Like others have said, slow and steady is good. Some people lose weight fast and end up with saggy skin. Losing slowly, I haven't, and I'm trying to avoid it.

That's encouraging! I think I just need to be patient and consistent. It's easy to get discouraged when you don't see results right away. Thanks for the reminder!

    Reta not working?! Help!

It's tough to pinpoint the exact issue with the limited info. Maybe you've built up some kind of "resistance" from starting and stopping, or maybe the vials were not legit reta, or something else entirely? I'm confident that others here will chime in with more helpful advice. I'm just here to...

    Reta shelf life after mixing?

I agree with Nat_92 and Calorie_Cake. When using an insulin syringe with U100 markings, you have 100 units per mL. So, If you use 5 ml of water into your 5mg bpc vial. Each 5 units on the syringe will be 50mcg, 10u = 100mcg and 30u will be 300mcg.

    Reta shelf life after mixing?

I know, Uri, I'm saying it's so cheap, I doubt they're scamming you for a few bucks a year. 60 days is usually double the safest timeline.

    Reta shelf life after mixing?

You can get a year's worth of max dose tirz for under $200, is that a serious concern?
