Any recommendations for compounding pharmacies in Arizona?

    Good compounding pharmacies?

I've been using a pharmacy in another state, on the recommendation of my doctor. He likes that they source their ingredients from Europe. Their customer service has been great. http://mqrx.com/

    8 months on GLP-1...

I saw a post about someone losing a LOT of weight, and it's inspiring. People should realize that while some doctors preach only 20% weight loss is possible? That's BS. Anything is possible with these meds, dedication and lifestyle changes.

    8 months on GLP-1...

It's wild how weight changes our appearance so much, right? Jawline, cheekbones... everything's more defined! The sauna's a great call too, sweating out toxins and tightening skin. You go!

    Veggies: Good or evil?

I'm finding I need to be more careful with portions. I'm using a food scale now to keep me honest. It's especially helpful with things like peanut butter, which I could easily overeat!

    Veggies: Good or evil?

Steamed broccoli is my usual side dish most nights. I used to snack on raw carrots, but then I realized they were surprisingly sugary and caused some, uh, digestive issues. 🤪

    Face-to-face Friday!

Thanks, HeartCoffee, that's good to know. I'll discuss that with my doctor next time. I know it's also about lifestyle changes, so I've been trying to get more active. Anyone else incorporate exercise?

    Crushed my goal weight! Woot!

Hit weight goal - one gram per pound of target weight for protein protects muscle. Add strength training too.

Ozempic face: real or just mean?

I get what you mean - when you start adding enough wild exercise names, it does start to sound made up!

    Face-to-face Friday!

This is so inspiring! My starting point was around 240, and I'm at 233 now, with a similar goal as you. HeartCoffee can you tell me more about why you chose Zepbound?

Stacking sema/tirz - anyone tried it?

Been stacking sema and tirz each week. Was stuck at 15 on tirz alone. Fingers crossed this dose bump does the trick.

Down 76lbs! Feeling like a new me!

I think the most important thing after stopping the medication is to change your habits early to change your habits. Start an exercise and strength training routine then after doing this for a few months, you will have broken through old habits and you then need to maintain it! Keep at it

Down 76lbs! Feeling like a new me!

You look great! I'm hoping I see the same kind of results. I'm also planning to stop the injections eventually. I'm at 240 lbs, I'm a man and 6'2", and also not exactly young anymore. My nutritionist told me staying stable the first year is key because your hormones need to reset. Good luck!
