    Ozempic price drop in Canada?

I wonder if anyone has explored Sermorelin as an alternative? I saw some people talking about it. It may be more cost effective?

    Ozempic price drop in Canada?

I just got mine for $277. Last time I checked, it was between $300 and $310 per pen.

Down then up? Time to stop the shots?

Same here. Went from 190 to 165. Quit... shot back up to 180. Back on it now. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I anticipate we'll see generic versions available sometime in late spring.

    GLP-1's 4 life?

My doctor said from the start not to start this med unless I wanted to take it forever. That's my plan, God willing.

    GLP-1's 4 life?

I'm with you. I'm planning on staying on it. People will drop $600/month on a car, so why not spend it to feel good in your own body?

Reta and the hiccups from hell!

Good luck HealDad761! I hope it helps. Sometimes even if it's not a nutrient thing, just getting extra electrolytes can calm muscle spasms.

Reta and the hiccups from hell!

This is a long shot, but try drinking Pedialyte and taking a good multivitamin. Painful hiccups can be caused by low nutrients or electrolytes. It won't hurt to try.

    Gonna stop cold turkey! Help!

For real! I've heard of a lot of people going with compounded medications. Some online places have doctors who can prescribe. Just make sure you do your research and find a good one.

    Gonna stop cold turkey! Help!

Ugh, companies are awful! My advice for stopping suddenly is: carefully count calories, keep an eye on portion sizes, avoid snacking too much (especially between meals), and try to be physically active when you can. Tracking calories is super helpful during that time of the month when the...

It's good to hear stories like that. My doc says my PCOS is a factor in my weight gain too. Makes me feel less alone.

    My body is changing!

This is just what I needed to hear. It's hard when people don't understand what I'm going through. At 4'11 I'm currently at 236 lbs, hoping to be 199 or below. It's going to take a while, but it's worth it, despite any issues. Thank you! 😊❤️

    Weight Gain on 'Generic' Semaglutide?

That's a good point. Compounding pharmacies can be a solid option, but always verify their licensing and quality control procedures. Make sure they do independent testing.
