    Using those testing sites to find sources is a terrible idea. I don't know why people are so fixated on finding some obscure vendor, instead of just going with vendors that are often discussed in the community.

    I want to caution anyone starting GLP-1s to make sure you're still eating enough. I saw a post online of someone's fridge basically empty except for protein shakes and condiments. That's really not healthy or sustainable.

    Just remember to keep up with your vitamins and minerals, especially if you're losing weight rapidly. It's easy to become deficient.
