    Ozempic Journey - Pics!

I hear that! I'm only about 11 weeks in and I can see a difference in my neck & chin! It's so motivating, even if it's barely noticeable to others yet. Thanks for the encouragement y'all!

    Ozempic changed your taste buds?

I read it might be as cheap as 1/3 the price of the name brand. Someone messed up on a patent renewal!

    Ozempic changed your taste buds?

I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks, but I've been thinking that what I like to eat has shifted. This study has me confused! It seems like I want fresher food, and I don't want processed foods at all. If my taste is suppressed, wouldn't I want super flavorful junk food?

    Knockoff Ozempic = Insulin?!

From what I've read, the Canadian regulatory agency wants the generic to be an exact copy of the original. Some companies had to resubmit their applications because they didn't nail the formula perfectly. It's gotta be bioequivalent!

    Knockoff Ozempic = Insulin?!

What do you mean "sort out their supply chains?" It's the counterfeiters who are slapping Ozempic labels on insulin pens, and pharmacies buying from unapproved sources. That's not the manufacturer's fault.

    Ozempic + 75 Hard journey

It's highly variable, Jess_47. Factors like diet, exercise, genetics, and underlying health conditions all play a role. Some people respond very well, while others may see minimal changes. It's important to have realistic expectations and work closely with your doctor.

Off GLP-1s for months – still good!

I read a post where someone was told to stop their meds prior to surgery... the poster was worried about starting back up. General consensus was to just start back up at the normal dosage, unless you've been off for a month, then you should titrate back up. Just FYI!

    Ozempic + 75 Hard journey

Wow, what a transformation! Doing 75 HARD *twice* while on Ozempic is a big commitment. How did you manage the workouts with the decreased appetite? Any advice for someone thinking about doing both?

    Grey tops compound?

It's probably stronger! My friend switched from compound to Gray, same dose and got nauseous and headachy, which never happened before. The tested gray stuff was supposed to be 30mg, but tested at 31.2mg. I think the added ingredients in the compound dilute it.

    Grey tops compound?

Okay, to clarify, I'm talking about issues with some "compounding" places in the last year. Legit 503A/B pharmacies probably aren't underfilling. But the "compound" world isn't just those pharmacies. It's also online weight loss clinics and those med spas. Some of those places will give you a...

    Grey tops compound?

I think a lot of the compounders are underdosing. I went from 5mg to 7.5mg and it felt weaker... then 10mg next vial and BAM! Super strong. It was inconsistent, which made me think the doses were off, or the vials were weak to start.

Reta + Survo + Cagri... Overkill?

Has anyone looked into SLU-PP-332? I've seen some chatter about it on other boards. Is it supposed to be a GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon agonist? Trying to learn more about it.

Is research sema the cheapest GLP-1?

Stay away from these suppliers. The stuff I got was junk and they wouldn't replace it or give me a refund.

OwlFree660 Are you still with us? What's been your experience so far on that stack? Any sides?

Is research sema the cheapest GLP-1?

True, some overseas suppliers take other payment methods too. Research is key. I probably have thousands of pages of notes from when I was researching, and I joined a bunch of groups. You can always learn more.
