    Too much on hand?

2 mg weekly of the other GlP-1, along with brand T, broke a stall at about 230. Now I'm around 200 and losing slowly—less than a pound a week. Seems like more fiber is also helping. I'm trying not to rush to my 175 goal.

    Too much on hand?

I have a list of things I bought that either didn’t do anything or I decided not to use them. Too expensive to toss, so they just sit around.

    Too much on hand?

My stash looks similar. I'm on 10mg of brand T weekly. Brand C didn’t budge the scale, plus I had pH worries. What jumpstarted things again was 1.5mg of a different GlP-1 every week, while keeping the brand T dose. Now I'm waiting on some stuff for belly fat.

    It gets better!

I'd say it was gradual for me at first. Don't get discouraged! Remember to track everything; sometimes, we eat more than we realize. Are you weighing your food?

    It gets better!

SW: 296, CW: 210, GW: Healthy and strong! First photo, I was trying to slim down... maybe 25lbs down over two years, but stuck in that binge/purge cycle. Since January on sema, I'm down 56lbs! No more needing to clear my plate, no stashing burgers in the car, and maybe one soda a day. The food...

Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

I dont think you can compare Sermorelin to TRT. They just dont do the same thing. With the right peptides, you can make a peptide 'cocktail' of natural GH, but it wont replace Testosterone!

Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

What people use now doesn't matter. Phentermine used to be popular, but now, there are better options. Orlistat? Same thing. Nobody wants the oily disaster pants anymore. Atripla saved tons of lives from AIDS, but now there are better drugs. Time will tell if I'm right. But once CagriSema and...

Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

That's the best advice. I only got 4 days out of all tirz doses from 2.5 all the way to 15. I kept doubling down thinking increasing the dose would help but i should have just switched to 5 days but I wasnt as educated back then!

Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

3mg of Tirz is nothing. You're stacking with almost no Tirz in your system. The approved dose is 15mg. If you're just worried about appetite, drop the Tirz and only take CagriSema. Tirz will be pointless once CagriSema gets approved anyway. I bet nobody will even want Tirz then.

Down 150+ lbs - check it out!

I'm curious, what was it about Mounjaro that didn't work out for you? Were you still feeling hungry, or were the side effects too much to handle?
