    Lost 100+ lbs!

The gallbladder risk at sustained high weekly loss is real - cholesterol supersaturation in bile during rapid fat mobilization increases stone formation risk. Most clinicians flag consistent loss above 2 lbs/week as the threshold worth monitoring.

    My Blood Sugar's Normal!

A1C from 8.1 to normal is a significant metabolic result - dropping metformin when GLP-1 is doing the work is the right sequence. The prescriber resistance pattern is real but less common now. The A1C outcome is what justifies the approach.

Weight loss praise making anyone else uncomfortable?

It's interesting how much mental energy this whole process takes. I've been fighting my weight for years, and it's exhausting. I've started to notice the amount of anxiety melt away since starting on the GLP-1s. It's like the food noise has vanished.

Weight loss praise making anyone else uncomfortable?

Yeah, I'm with you. I don't like the focus on *how thin* I look. All this pilates stuff I do, is about cholesterol, not about my body image. The side effects are okay too, but not the focus.

    Math check for Reta dose?

It's not *wrong*, but different peps have different ideal concentrations for injection comfort. Doesn't matter too much!

That's an absolutely fantastic achievement! I can only imagine how much better you must feel both physically and mentally. You've already won the most important battle. This is a long-term thing, so celebrate how far you've come!

    Math check for Reta dose?

I swear by a reverse calculator. I even made my own (link below) and make sure you know the REAL mass tested and confirmed in your vial, and not just what's on the sticker. Avoid doing math entirely if you can. It's no one's friend.

    Tirz on top of Reta?

Just throwing this out there, but some people on TRT report that HCG becomes less effective when they add nandrolone. Not directly related to tirz, but some hormones do play weird games with each other. Could be something to keep in mind if you're on other meds/supplements.

    Tirz on top of Reta?

I've seen some users experiment with DSIP and Epithalon alongside Tirzepatide, specifically to help manage blood pressure. It's an interesting approach, though I'd recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before trying it. Some studies suggest DSIP might help regulate the...

    Down 70+ lbs! Woohoo!

That's amazing progress in a reasonable time! It's encouraging to see what consistency can do. Your story can really motivate others who are experiencing slow weeks. You should consider posting it to the community, I bet people there would appreciate it.

    BP still high on GLP-1s?

Interesting thoughts about GLP-1 and testosterone! I've been reading that future research should look into combining GLP-1s with testoserone since GLP-1s can cause sarcopenia.

    BP still high on GLP-1s?

We use the Omron M3 in the clinic. They have large cuffs. Any Omron is usually good.

    BP still high on GLP-1s?

A few thoughts: Hypertension can be genetic, so weight loss might not help. Consider changing meds and getting a 24-hour BP test. Cut out sodium. Check your BP device's calibration. I use Omron. Kidney issues can also cause it. Regular checkups should include exams, blood work, urine, and ECG...

    BP still high on GLP-1s?

Glad to help. It sounds like you're already making good progress. I'm just speculating on how these GLP-1s affect BP. I haven't looked at trial data specifically for that. As long as it's not causing problems, that's good. (Still monitor it, of course.) I'm in denial about my own BP sometimes...
