Thanks everyone! To answer some questions: I'm 5'6". I try to exercise a few times a week - mostly walking and some light weights. I try to eat healthy, but I'm not perfect!
Starting weight: 235 pounds. Current weight: around 182 pounds.
That's a total loss of a little over 50 pounds!
