I get mine from my doctor. I think it's important to have a good relationship with them while on this medication.

    Sema @ 4 months - 20+ lbs gone!

Hey all. Started my journey in late October after I noticed I was gaining weight, probably because of stress and menopause. Ugh. Starting weight: 178 lbs | Current weight: 156.2 lbs | Goal weight: 140 lbs About 22 pounds shed in 17 weeks. I've been doing intermittent fasting, eating low-carb...

Almost there! My experience so far

I completely agree with GoalWeightBetty. One of the best things about this medication, besides the weight loss, is that food doesn't feel like a full-time job anymore. It's liberating!

My closet feels like a store now!

I wish I had taken more before pics! I never thought I'd get to this size. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I lost about 40 pounds myself over time, but could never get below 175 until I started semaglutide. I'm still about 15 pounds from my goal, but it feels attainable now for the...

Almost there! My experience so far

Getting closer to your goal must feel fantastic. The change in your photos is clear, and you sound much more confident. Would you mind if I shared this on the community? It's a subreddit where people post their before-and-after pics and updates using GLP1s. Your progress could really inspire...

You look fantastic! I can relate to your early struggles. I was also around 8 years old when I first became aware of my weight and started dieting. Congrats on your success!

It's such a confidence boost when you can fit into things you thought were impossible. You should be super proud of yourself.

    Reta messing with your sleep?

It's interesting how GLP-1s can affect sleep so differently for everyone. I saw someone on Reddit mention that their insomnia actually went away after starting Ozempic because it helped regulate their blood sugar. Maybe that's something to consider, Goals? Blood sugar swings can definitely mess...

    Reta messing with your sleep?

I went from 15mg tirz, to 2mg reta and 10mg tirz. I also use a CPAP machine, even though I probably don't need it anymore. It's a total game-changer for me. I've had it for years.

    Wellbutrin + Naltrexone Experiences?

Regarding peptides and sleep, I've seen people talking about sermorelin. Someone on another thread mentioned it helped them sleep better and gave them more energy the next day. But they also said that it doesn't have the same effects as TRT. It's more for boosting natural growth hormone, and you...

    Wellbutrin + Naltrexone Experiences?

Remember that both of these meds are mental health drugs. Naltrexone is for cravings in general- approved for alcoholism and opioid addiction, and sometimes for gambling problems. Wellbutrin is an NDRI antidepressant, also used for seasonal depression and to help people stop smoking. It's...

    Ripped off? Source nightmare...

I agree with Flex_Tale. People need to do their research instead of expecting everything handed to them on a silver platter.

Tirzepatide tummy troubles - Sema a better bet?

I've heard some people switch from WeGovy to Zepbound since insurance might cover one but not the other. Apparently, Zepbound can feel stronger, so some take it less often. Just something to keep in mind if you're considering other options!
