    Good advice! Fiber is key, but you need plenty of water with it. Otherwise, you can end up with blockages. Chia seeds in my oatmeal work well for me.

    I had random vomiting spells before Mounjaro. I thought I needed to eat a low FODMAP diet. I def get it on Mounjaro if I eat something that doesn't agree with me.

    I quit caffeine six months ago and have zero desire for it anymore. (I also don't drink alcohol at all.) I wish I could say the same thing about nicotine, but semaglutide isn't doing anything for that addiction. :(
