Switching meds - Reta + Tirz?

The HR uptick on reta while on afib meds is worth a specific check with your cardiologist. Most have a clear view on GLP-1s by now.

    Sema progress - 25lbs gone!

Trusting the process through the plateau months is the real work. The noise from other people tends to peak right around when the scale goes quiet - which is usually when things are still happening below the surface.

    Same fit, smaller me! 🥳

The band dropping while the cup holds is the common pattern - the chest wall and ribcage slim first. Most people eventually see the cup follow later as overall composition changes. Still, 40JJ to 34JJ is a meaningful shift.

This med's a total game changer!

I think that's really key. I realized I had stopped liking myself and I was making bad choices as a result. Hope I can get where you are!

This med's a total game changer!

Just started week four and I’m stunned by how amazing this is. Shuts off the food noise (or food screaming?) almost completely. Alcohol use down a lot. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop.

    51 shots later... almost there!

I started my first dose today, just the starter one. I don't really feel anything yet. My doc put me on it because my hormones are a mess and I can't drop weight. Hoping this helps with cravings and maybe some weight loss too!

Hang in there, it gets better!

For me, the key was lots of water, and making sure I got enough protein and fiber. And some kind of exercise to keep my muscles strong!

Just a little encouragement for everyone! The side effects do mellow out. I went from 250 lbs to 140 lbs, and I'm a shortie at 5'3". I've been on Wegovy nearly two years, currently on the 1.7 mg dose.

    Peptides for RA Relief?

Thanks, Dog_Beer, for bringing that possible link to cancer with TB-500 to my attention. I think I will steer clear of that one! I might try the PEA that Ozempic_Oracle mentioned though. It's good to know there are some clinical studies backing it.

    Peptides for RA Relief?

Just do the math using the amount of BPC you are taking for reference.

    Peptides for RA Relief?

KLOW and TB500 as well any of the Cu peptides may light you up so go slow and low . It caused some significant inflammation for me. I suggest 5A1MQ , MOTs-C and cartalax.
