    Look at me now!

300 to 185 is a major arc - A1c improvement on top of that makes it the full result.

Shot day and progress tracker recs?

Weekend shot timing works well for the fatigue window - if side effects run 24-48 hours, Saturday morning gives recovery time before Monday. For tracking, Cronometer and Happy Scale together cover food and weight progress without much overlap.

    Don't be mean, please!

220 to 161 on the lowest dose is a strong argument for not chasing higher doses - staying effective at the minimum means less side effect exposure and more room to hold the result long-term.

    Lazy Dinner Ideas? Help!

I read through a bunch of dosing protocols and honestly most of it doesn't track with what I'm seeing people do. The standards seem to split between maintenance vs recovery, but there's a lot of variation depending on the person and the goal. Skip the clinical stuff and find what works for your...

    Diet sodas mess up fasting?

gained 20 lbs with a nutritionist who specialized in eating disorders. telling an emotional eater to give in to cravings was the worst advice. only now with the med am i able to finally lose that weight. i try to tell the difference between real hunger and just wanting to eat.

    Down a clothing size already!

Vegetarian lunch prep: mix black beans, pinto beans, crushed tomatoes, basmati and quinoa. Add whatever spices you like. Splits to 5 days, about 590 calories and 31g protein. If you cook the rice and cool it you get resistant starch which means less calories absorbed and better fiber.

    B12 with your GLP-1? Anyone?

Hospira BAC water already has the preservative in it, though by now it's probably not doing much. Wouldn't touch anything that expired 13 years ago though lol. Makes me think I should go through my mother-in-law's pantry—found spices and mystery powders in there from 40+ years ago. Her take...

    GLP-1s: Do they stop working?

Maybe try switching your injection site, or lower your dose for a few weeks before going back to your regular dose.

    GLP-1s: Do they stop working?

Yeah, I've heard of people needing to switch medications. Talk to your doctor.

Vit D and weight loss - related?

I didn't think about the relationship between good vitamin D levels and losing weight. I regularly take a multivitamin with vitamin D, and my levels have been stable for a couple of years. I definitely feel bad when my levels are low.

    Almost at my goal weight!

This gives me hope! I'm only down about 10 pounds but seeing your progress is a great motivator.

    Almost at my goal weight!

Awesome! I'm aiming for 165 myself, but need to reach 154 for a healthy BMI. Hitting 154 would also mean I've lost a cool 100 lbs. Nearly there!

    Finally under 200lbs!

That's a really good idea about the thrift store, Kerry50! I'm down about 40 pounds since starting, and my clothes are definitely looser, but I'm nervous about buying new stuff in case I lose more and then they don't fit :/

    Prices droppin' again!

I still can't afford $500 a month. Even the $300 is already stretching my budget...

    Prices droppin' again!

I hear you. I don't see them as perfect. But I do remember that the Green Caps from June had an outside test that showed high strength. And the weight was higher than advertised. So I am willing to believe that processes have gotten better.
