    Swimsuit season after Semaglutide!

For those of you on maintenance, what's your strategy for eventually going off the medication entirely?

Tirzepatide tummy troubles - Sema a better bet?

Try half the dose so you don't get it all at once. I had a similar reaction to sema and had to change to tirzepatide. You can try sema, but I've heard it has more side effects than Tirz.

Ozempic a year later: worth it?

That's amazing. I'm only on day 4 and I'm already feeling some positive changes. I hope I can achieve the same results and get back to feeling like myself again.

Ozempic a year later: worth it?

What an awesome story! Thanks for sharing, so motivating. I just started four days ago, and I think I have a drinking problem. I drink every night. I vape too. I'm hoping this will help with all of it. So far, I've lost about five pounds, but I still had two cocktails each night (nothing sugary...

    Binh's back?

I've heard a lot of good things about one pharmacy, but I think they only do prescriptions in one state right now. I know some people are trying different combos of peptides.

Down a bunch of weight... Now what?

I've lost around 45 lbs, and I'm post-menopausal, mid-50s. Mine is less "papery" and more fatty. No surgery for me. I love how Jane Fonda describes it... taking off her Spanx and her belly "pours out like pancake batter." Yep.

DIY bac water - am I nuts?

I've been reading up on reconstitution. What volume of BAC water are you supposed to use, generally? Like, if you have a 15mg vial, how much do you add to get a reasonable dose?

DIY bac water - am I nuts?

Yeah, all the sources I've found (in the UK) seem to be counterfeit. Didn't know the reputable brands until all this blew up.

DIY bac water - am I nuts?

I got some BAC recently that burned like hell. Luckily got a refund. Been looking at sterile water for making my own, but they all say 'not for injection' which is concerning.

Down 54 lbs! Still a ways to go...

It's common to experience plateaus. Ensure you're tracking calories and macros accurately. Increase your water intake and consider speaking with your doctor about the dosage. Sometimes, a small adjustment can make a big difference.

    Halfway to a new me!

Remember everyone, while these medications can be extremely effective, it's important to discuss any changes to dosage or frequency with your doctor. Some patients experience digestive issues depending on their titration schedule.

    Halfway to a new me!

My sister shares your birthday! She also used a GLP-1 to manage her T2D and lost around 50lbs. That's actually what inspired me to give it a try. Your progress is truly inspiring and impressive! You should be incredibly proud.

    Hit my goal BMI!

It's important to manage expectations with these meds. We see a lot of huge success stories, but more moderate, consistent loss is still a major win for long-term health. Even a 10-15% reduction in body weight can drastically improve things like cholesterol, blood pressure, and insulin resistance.
