    7 months on Oz...eyesight issues?

I've also heard some people are experiencing a lack of enjoyment in things, not just with food. It might be messing with the reward system in general.

Testing Teso tabs - anyone else?

Has anyone here had a bad reaction to one of these compounds? I'm wondering about contamination risks. Like, has anyone felt acutely ill after taking even a small dose, despite a CoA showing high purity?

    Hit 'normal' BMI...but is it?

I think you're misinterpreting 'abnormal' in this situation. It doesn't reflect on you as a person or your worth at all. It's purely a health descriptor. Without a doubt, from a health standpoint, you *were* abnormal, and now you're normal. (aka, healthier) Congrats!

Testing Teso tabs - anyone else?

I agree with Misty_Mountains_77, everyone reacts differently, so starting low and slow is best practices. I've seen folks report a wide range of effects even at similar dosages. It's key to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.

    7 months on Oz...eyesight issues?

You look awesome! My vision was bugging me too. I went to injecting every 10 days instead of every 7, and lowered the dose a bit. My eyes are totally back to normal now. Just thought I'd share that.

Lost a whole person! (down 130)

For those just starting, remember to focus on protein intake. The medication can reduce your appetite significantly, but your body still needs fuel, especially to maintain muscle mass during weight loss. Aim for at least 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.

    Down 90+ lbs! Feeling fab!

I'm seeing more and more patients with similar success stories on GLP-1s. It's definitely a game-changer for many struggling with diabetes and weight management. But remember, it's not a magic bullet. Diet and exercise are still crucial for long-term health.

Cartalax and Cortagen - anyone used?

I'm curious if anyone has used BPC-157 for tendon issues? I've got some chronic Achilles tendinitis that keeps flaring up. Steroid shots haven't really helped long-term.
