    I've noticed a few places are using that Alipay system. It's basically just another version of PP or something. Took me about an hour to sign up and verify everything.

    I've heard some guys prefer taking GH peptides right when they wake up in the morning and then drinking water and black coffee. The idea is that black coffee won't stop the GH pulse from the injection.

    Started this whole thing back in December. Weighed around 318 lbs then. Got on semaglutide around April, weighed 302 (that's when the pic on the right was taken). Yesterday, I was at 230. I've still got a ways to go, but feeling really good about it!

    Face gains! Before & After

    For me, the hardest part was definitely the initial cravings. I found that focusing on protein and drinking a ton of water really helped. I also made sure to get some sort of movement in every day, even if it was just a walk. Consistency is key!
