Following up on SnackNoMore's comment regarding GLP-1s affecting sexual function: it's important to note that rapid weight loss in general, regardless of the method, can sometimes impact libido and hormone levels. another forum provides additional insights from a men's health perspective.

    Buying a mini-fridge for peps?

Okay, so while lower temps are better, it's not a huge deal. Tirz, especially, is pretty durable. We tested freeze-dried tirz kept in a closet for 18 months, and it was still usable. We also tested mixed tirz in a closet for 60 days, and it was still 97.8% effective. Ideally, freeze-dried stuff...

Lilly vs. Compound Pharmacies - uh oh!

Lilly is going after Strive Pharmacy and Empower Pharmacy for making their own versions of Zepbound and Mounjaro. Word is these pharmacies supply a lot of online telehealth places, like Lavender Sky Health and Mochi Health. Neither pharmacy has commented, from what I'm reading...

    Crushing it - Down 100!

That is incredible! I have a similar goal in mind. My wife and I started sema a few months back. She's always wanted to weigh less than me, and she's getting close now! She's dropped about 25 pounds so far.

    Over halfway to goal weight!

I recommend talking to your doctor about stool softeners or a gentle laxative. Dehydration can also worsen constipation, so be sure to drink plenty of water.

    GLP-1s rockin' your world?

I've noticed a definite decrease in joint pain since starting. I think it's from the reduced inflammation from eating cleaner because of the meds. I'm type 2, so I had to overhaul my diet when I started. I had a noticeable drop in pain and a boost in energy. I realized I hadn’t had any pain...

    Bioboost+ for tiredness?

Thanks! That is helpful. Good to know it is pretty common and there's a rationale behind it.

    Bioboost+ for tiredness?

I've seen some people combining GLP-1 meds with metformin. Anyone have experience with that? I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to stay on metformin if you start taking something like Ozempic. Seems like some doctors keep patients on both.
