    Down 30+ lbs!

It's definitely working! The side profile shots show it clearly, but even in the front-facing pics, your face looks slimmer. Next time, try wearing the same outfit from your first photo. I bet they are already fitting much looser! Congrats, you're on your way!

    Ozempic and... unexpected moments?

For those struggling with constipation, I've found magnesium supplements to be helpful. Taking 500mg every night seems to keep things moving. And of course, drinking plenty of water is essential too.

    Ozempic and... unexpected moments?

Have you altered your dietary habits at all? Consuming a lot of greasy and fatty foods can definitely contribute to increased gas and diarrhea. I personally eat a salad with feta and celery every day, plus some carrots and grapes. I also use a fiber supplement twice daily.

    OMG - I hit goal!

To add to SoCal_Runner's question and Ant_Dad273's answer, sometimes the *timing* of when you upped your exercise intensity can play a role in water retention, which masks fat loss. It might take a few weeks for your body to release that excess water. So keep at it!
