    Reta messing with my sleep??

I'm only a week in, and I'm constantly waking up during the night. But I feel okay, because not eating junk and drinking less alcohol kinda makes up for it. I figured the insomnia would go away, but your sleep hasn’t improved after months?

    Lyophilized peps: Fridge or Freezer?

It's not ruined, just won't be as potent as it could have been. It also depends how long 'a while' is! The colder, the better though.

    Lyophilized peps: Fridge or Freezer?

Heat accelerates degradation. It won't become toxic, but efficacy diminishes faster. Freezing minimizes this. It's all about extending the life of the product.

Mounjaro miracle: weight loss AND a baby!

It's plausible that weight loss can release some stored estrogens, which may temporarily reduce hot flashes.

    Down 18lbs in 2 months! 🤩

It's interesting how these meds can change your perspective. It's like, I finally understand what "normal" feels like when it comes to appetite and fullness. I never realized how much inflammation and food noise I was dealing with before!

Tirz 15mg --> Reta dose recs?

Just a heads up, it's fine to talk about your own experiences here. You don't need to refer to yourself as a "research subject."

Tirz 15mg --> Reta dose recs?

Given the potential heart-related side effects linked to Reta, I'd advise sticking to the trial dosing. Maybe shorten each stage to 3 weeks if you're keen to speed things up, but risking your cardiovascular health just to increase the dose faster doesn't seem worth it to me.

    Humanofort - Anyone know?

While I don't have specific knowledge about Humanofort, I can say that the claims made about embryonic peptides often lack robust scientific validation. The 'regulatory-adaptive' language is vague. Clinical studies are needed. Be cautious.

    Tirz tops: Color matter?

It's true that many of these aren't *technically* FDA approved, but it's legal to prescribe them. The key is that some sources use compounding pharmacies that have better QC than your average supplier. You may spend a lot more for this quality control, though.

Oral tirzepatide: Real deal or not?

It looks like there are some interesting studies coming out about GLP-1 pills and other ways to treat obesity besides just injections. It could open up new avenues for people who don't like needles or have other issues. We need more options!

    Cagri dosing: share your protocol!

I wanted to add to the discussion on split dosing. I agree with what's been said so far. It can definitely help mitigate side effects as you increase the dosage, and the evidence suggests that it may provide more consistent appetite suppression throughout the week for some individuals.

    Tirz tops: Color matter?

Mine were light grey. The Tz is working great, and the dose seems right.

    Cagri dosing: share your protocol!

Adding more diluent, like Jamie2003 and Funky-King mention, is a common strategy to reduce dosing errors when working with highly potent compounds. It's especially helpful when using standard insulin syringes, which have inherent limitations in accuracy at very low volumes.
