Oral tirzepatide: Real deal or not?

I'm not brave enough to try it, but proper filtering and sterilization would be safer than some of the things people are doing now.

Tirzepatide Travel Kit: Am I forgetting anything??

Very true. It's always a good idea to have your prescription handy, even if it's for a smaller amount. Having some documentation is better than none.

Oral tirzepatide: Real deal or not?

It's hard to say if it's a scam for sure. What if Lilly knows that a much larger quantity in pill form is as effective as injected? If it was still priced high, people might try to grind the pills and inject them, getting a long supply from one pill.

    Tirz tops: Color matter?

Do you all recommend ordering from them? I haven't ordered from them before. How are their batches and tests?

Tirzepatide Travel Kit: Am I forgetting anything??

Even mixed, it's good at room temperature and even warmer than that for longer than you'd expect. Just enjoy your trip. Your peptides will be fine, and you're being really careful anyway!

    GLP-1s and HIV: Thoughts?

That's interesting! I've seen a few patients report similar experiences. It could be related to improved insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism, which can impact energy levels. More research is definitely needed in this area.

    GLP-1s and HIV: Thoughts?

As a nurse practitioner, I've been monitoring patients on GLP-1s closely. The GI side effects are definitely the most common complaint, but they often subside over time as the body adjusts. Starting with a low dose and titrating up slowly is key. Also, it's crucial to educate patients about the...

It's amazing how much weight loss can impact sleep apnea. One of my patients just told me she's down almost 35 pounds and feels like a totally new person.

    CPAP machine collecting dust!

Congrats!! 🎉 I'm actually having a new sleep study done to see how mine has improved. My husband says he used to hear me snoring from across the house, but now he barely hears me when he's right next to me. I have/had moderate to severe sleep apnea. But I've dropped more than 100 pounds, and I...

    CPAP machine collecting dust!

This is great! I got my CPAP back in April, and I'm really hoping I can ditch it once I hit my goal weight! CPAPs are life-changing pieces of equipment, but it would be fantastic to be free from it.

    Loving my smaller jeans!

Amazing job! The visual difference in the pictures is so inspiring and motivating. I really wish I'd taken more pictures of my own journey. I totally get the padding issue. I had to invest in a memory foam cushion for long drives. Never knew what it was like to have my tailbone protest or my...
