    Down 50+ lbs, feeling amazing!

Since you're pre-diabetic, definitely talk to your doctor. They can assess if a GLP-1 med is right for you and manage it properly with your pre-existing condition.

Yessss! I love this for you! You look amazing! I'm excited to finish losing this weight. I'm 5'10", currently around 245lbs. I started at 276lbs, so I have about 80lbs left to lose to get to a normal BMI.

Losing slow & steady... I'm good with it!

You look fantastic in both pics. But why do people pull their pants up like that in the before and after? Just curious!

    Switching from Tirz to Reta?

Interesting. I saw a post on another forum about Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide. Apparently, Tirz acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, while semaglutide only hits the GLP-1 receptors. That difference might be why some people respond differently or get different benefits from each. Makes you wonder...

Mounjaro's done for me. Now what?

I'm on these meds and also wondering about loose skin. What are people doing about saggy skin after losing a significant amount of weight?

My Mounjaro Experience - Long Post

For those who are having a hard time noticing visual changes, try taking measurements! Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole story. You might be losing inches even if the weight loss is slow.

Mounjaro's done for me. Now what?

You look incredible!! Way to gooo Your recent pictures show toned legs and no cellulite. Did the cellulite disappear with the weight loss, or is it just the lighting? Asking for a friend, because I have cellulite and I've just accepted it as a permanent thing, even if I lose weight.
