What do you eat on the tough days?

I've been experimenting with Greek yogurt for breakfast. It's quick and easy, and you can mix in some fruit or sugar-free pudding mix for flavor.

What do you eat on the tough days?

Soup seems to be a common answer.

When you're feeling queasy from these meds and struggling to eat, what actually goes down easily? Do you have go-to foods, or do you simply miss meals?

    Down 11% - should I stop?

Thanks! I'm definitely thinking about the other health benefits too. I'll talk to my doctor about it!

    Down 11% - should I stop?

I didn't realize the 4-week thing was a recommendation! 😨 I was planning to use it until it runs out, probably around week 12. I did not filter it - I don't know how! I'm leaning towards sticking with smaller doses. I'm thinking of getting a 10-15mg vial next time, so I can keep the doses small...

    Down 11% - should I stop?

Just wanted to share my progress! My dosing schedule has been: Weeks 1 & 2: 1mg Weeks 3-5: 1.5mg Week 6: 2mg (and continuing at this dose until week 10) I've lost 11% of my initial weight, which is awesome. But I originally wanted to lose ~20%. I like how I look now, so I'm unsure if I should...

    Sticking with the .25 dose?

I agree with I'd bump up the dose, too. Sounds like you had a great first month. Keep the ball rolling!

    Sticking with the .25 dose?

Stick with it! Your doctor and Reddit seem to agree. If your weight loss stalls for a couple of weeks, you can always increase the dose.

    Microdosing GLP-1s?

I think it's smart to stretch the doses as much as you can. I stayed on 0.25 as long as possible

    Microdosing GLP-1s?

If it's working, that's all that matters. I personally prefer 0.25mg every 9 or 10 days myself.

    Finally Starting Tirzepatide!

For me, my portions ended up being about half of what I normally ate. Really listen to your body and stop when you feel full. It's more of a mental adjustment than I thought. If your brain says "I'm pretty full, but there's only a couple bites left..." just stop eating!

    GLP-1 Progress: May '25 to Jan '26

It's amazing how big of a difference clothes can make! I've been meaning to try on a few older items I haven't been able to fit into for a while now. I bet it'll give me a nice boost!

    Jeans Size Down, Woot!

It's such a rush, isn't it?! Congrats, I'm so happy for you ❤️ I've gone from a size 22 to a 14 myself! Still got a ways to go, though, since my weight loss is kinda uneven, lol.

    Finally Starting Tirzepatide!

Tirz is awesome. I'm a 60-year-old male, 6'0". Started at 201 lbs and dropped to 171 lbs in 3 months on just 2.5mg of tirzepatide. Eventually, the weight loss slowed, but that's just because I didn't have much excess fat left to lose. It was amazing. Week 2 hit me with major constipation...

    GLP-1 Progress: May '25 to Jan '26

This sort of before-and-after really demonstrates the power of consistency. Updates like these are encouraging and help everyone stay the course when progress seems slow. You should think about putting this on that other forum the community; I'm sure people would really appreciate it.

    Sweet Cravings on Reta?

I'm on 12.5mg and have been for over 7 months. I've only had occasional and minor side effects. People usually don't post when things are going smoothly! Like, why would you? Totally normal. Don't worry about it. Track and enjoy!
