    Tirz good enough, or switch?

Started reta last month after almost a year on tirz, and honestly I'm cautious but optimistic. The A1C improvement you got from tirz alone is impressive though - that's the real win. I'm one of those people who needs to take things slowly, so I'm easing into reta while keeping a close eye on...

    Let’s talk tirzepatide side effects

Studies show no real reset with glp-1s—once you've lost weight, staying on and titrating is better. I'm at 4mg tirz, losing well and feel great at 800 calories daily. Lost my carb dependence and got that endless keto energy.

    Reta-TRUE-tide... or not?

Not sure where's best to buy now. Also read I should take estrogen after menopause for bone health. Any place where I can get both together? Used to get it through a plastic surgeon but wondering if there's simpler options now.

    Vial sourcing nightmare!

clean technique first. send one vial from each batch to testing and wait for results before using. do what you can with what's available. hospira/pfizer is the only bac water used in us hospitals—haven't seen others in years. hospitals don't even stock it much anymore. be safe.

    Hit triple digits!

If you search you'll find a common protocol here—14 weeks total. First two weeks one thing, then add something else for four weeks, then swap for the last eight weeks. The first med needs to be at night, ideally paired with something else.

    Dosage jump too big?

I've heard of people using expired pens with no prob. If it's clear and was in the fridge, it's probs fine.

Brain still wants pie on Tirz?

Congrats on losing 36-37 lbs! Practicing my kg math... 2.2lbs/kilogram, right? Or is it 2.2kg/pound? I get confused...

I saw somewhere that it could help lower PSA levels too, which is interesting.

    GLOW Protocol - How Strict?

It'll do what it's supposed to. Don't get too hung up on the small details. If you can combine it from separate components for less money? Go for it. Pre-mixed is just easy.
