    Ozempic and... ahem... *increased* libido?

Agreed. Shedding pounds can DEFinitely impact both of those things. Weight loss can give your testosterone a boost. And considering what you've been through in the past year, Health_WinHub, being a year out from surgery probably helps your body's recovery too.

    One year on the 'Jaro!

Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm having a difficult day with the, uh, digestive side effects, but I've managed to drop around 30 pounds. Seeing your progress helps me stay motivated. You look great in both pics!

    Stacking ALL the peptides?

Check out the Enhanced Man on YouTube. He runs genetic tests after each cycle of epitalon and his telomeres get longer, his biological age goes down, and other age markers improve. Interesting stuff.

    GLP-1 meds: conflicting advice. Help!

There is a generic ozempic coming out in Canada sometime this year around summer or the end of the year. Should bring the cost down quite a bit.

    Reconstituting peps - noob q's

I agree with RXPete. If you put 5ml in a 5mg vial, this will give you 1mg per ml. So if you wanted 300mcg, you would draw to the 0.3ml mark on your insulin syringe. Easy!

    Reconstituting peps - noob q's

It's not important at all, you decide, what's easier for you. Tilt it a bit, if it's easier. 🙂

    Reconstituting peps - noob q's

Turn it over and watch, place the tip just above the membrane. Or buy a needle that's long enough to reach the bottom. 🙂

    Reconstituting peps - noob q's

I draw upwards, the vial stands up, in my hand, and the needle above. Does it make sense ;-) - I mean both ways works, just prefer the first.

Yeah, this exactly. Thanks for clarifying the physiological effects.

    Oprah's take on obesity?

Some time back, an acquaintance told me that her family had the "obesity gene," and there was nothing to be done. I became curious and began watching people and their eating habits. At the supermarket, I examined everyone's carts and what they purchased. I saw definite correlations between their...

    Best time for Reta shots?

I saw someone mention shot locations. I've been tracking mine for a while. Some say it matters, some say it doesn't, but I think abdominal shots give me better appetite control. I'm rotating around my stomach only, upper right, upper left, middle, etc...

Slow & Steady Wins the Race!

I remember being ecstatic when I finally saw the scale dip below 300 again. I hadn't been under 300 since before my kid was born! This stuff really feels like a miracle sometimes.

Slow & Steady Wins the Race!

Finally, someone with similar stats! Awesome job! I'm at 227 and looking forward to getting under 219; focusing on those smaller goals is key. Staying positive is easier when progress is gradual. Thanks a lot for your post and this source of support!
