Congrats on your journey! I've been on this for about a year, and it's been a game changer. The biggest thing for me is the lack of constant thoughts about food. I'm really glad I started with it.
I'm so happy to hear about your success, Yuki2003. My journey has been about two years now, and the changes are mind-blowing. Started around 300 and I'm sitting pretty at 140 now. It's such a thrill!
You look incredible! Keep up the great work!
And definitely keep that dress so you can use it for comparison photos. It's so cool to see the progress using the same outfit!
Yeah, I read something about that too. Apparently, the crackdown could mean pharmacies have to stop making tirzepatide, which would really limit access for a lot of folks.
I don't think everyone realizes how helpful that spreadsheet is. You really went above and beyond creating it, Drop_Cookie. This really is a great support group!
So, my doc shifted me from 7.5mg Zepbound to 10mg of compounded tirzepatide from a local pharmacy. But honestly? I don't feel a thing. Zero appetite changes, no side effects. Anyone got ideas why? Think bumping it to 15mg might help?
I remember when I hit 'normal' BMI... according to some scale anyway! Felt pretty good. Though I agree with the comment I saw elsewhere: BMI is kinda junk. Start measuring body fat instead!
You're not alone brother. I haven't had to shop in the big and tall section in almost 30 years. I cried like a baby too. You look great, Ant_Crew, keep it up!
