    Tip your PT?

My wife goes partly for accountability - she doesn't want to outgrow anything. It keeps her going. She goes 2-3 times weekly and I go along 1-2. I have a gym at my house with cardio, weights, and a cage. I go to the trainer because it's fun and he teaches me new exercises. There are two...

    BMI finally in normal range!

Awesome job on your weight loss Kerry_2001! Would you be willing to share what your experience with Ozempic has been like? Dosing schedule, side effects, etc.?

    Tip your PT?

No, I don't give my trainer tips and I haven't ran into anyone who does. I did give him a small succulent once, and I'll give him a Christmas bonus, but he doesn't look for tips.

    Big vial worries?

If you're using pens, don't toss them when they seem empty! I saw a thread where someone got another full dose out of their pen. Just get some extra needles, it's worth it to use every last bit.

    Big vial worries?

I think I got my last batch from ezpen, but you can find them on Alibaba. Get sterilization pouches from Amazon. You can ask your dentist, nail salon, or vet to run it through their autoclave. Or use a pressure cooker.

    Big vial worries?

Why not use a pen instead? And WellJourney I do like 80% of that sterile process and thought *I* was overkill.

    Big vial worries?

Think about it: every time you poke the vial, you risk contamination. If it's all in one vial, you're poking it every week. Lots of folks use a single vial for months with no problems, though. To split it, draw out half after mixing and squirt it into a fresh, sterile vial. Even better, use a...

    Big vial worries?

Another thought: you could divide the vial contents right away and stash half. That should cut down on contamination worries. Or share with a friend!

    Vanishing act: bac water woes?

Just FYI - 22 gauge is bigger than you need. Try 30 or 31 gauge insulin needles.

Huge change! Still can't believe it!

Just a cautionary reminder to everyone that we can only discuss FDA-approved medications here. Let's keep the conversation safe and within regulations!

I can ride the Go-Karts now!!

I've been reading about how some people are finding cannabis affects how their GLP-1 meds work. Something about digestion and hunger signals being impacted. Interesting stuff.

Zepbound - strongest effects right after injecting?

I would also advise monitoring your energy levels and making adjustments to your diet. Fatigue can sometimes occur if you're not consuming enough calories or protein. Consulting with a registered dietitian could be beneficial.

I can ride the Go-Karts now!!

This made me tear up because we're not just getting healthier, we're finally getting to do things that were off-limits before. My heart is soaring for you.

Zepbound - strongest effects right after injecting?

I apologize if I've misunderstood your statement. Have you been using the product since the age of five? In China, minors exercise great caution when using certain products. Should any side effects arise, we promptly seek advice from doctors and experienced family members to ensure safety...

I can ride the Go-Karts now!!

Amazing! I've always been scared of horses. I think it's because I was afraid I'd be considered too big to ride one. I'm 65 now with bum knees, but after I drop another 35-40 pounds, I'm going to find a horse to ride.
