    I'd advise going to 5mg. The clinical trials support it. We know the success rates and the potential side effects. I'd stick to the established protocol until it stops working before experimenting. Sure, some people are splitting 2.5mg into multiple doses per week, or doing 0.75mg daily, etc...

    You look wonderful! I might get pushback for this, but 1000 calories is probably too low, particularly if you're active. Most plans suggest 1200 to achieve a healthy deficit for gradual weight loss.
