    Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

The first week was the strongest for me, I struggled to eat enough. Week 2 was less intense. I'm on week 5 now - shot on Saturday, reduced appetite until Tuesday, then it comes back a bit from Wednesday, but less than before. I'm still losing weight and managing cravings, so I'm staying on 2.5...

    Zero coverage here either.

    Compounding peps into caps?

I agree with SulphurBurpSurvivor. It's key to check out the compounding place. Check out the FDA website and search for inspections.

    Compounding peps into caps?

Generally speaking, peptides aren't absorbed well when taken orally. Injections are usually the only effective route.

    Ozempic newbie - body shock!

For electrolytes, maybe try LMNT? They have a variety pack so you can find a flavor you like. I've heard good things about their chocolate caramel, especially in coffee or hot chocolate.

    Ozempic newbie - body shock!

Liquid protein can be a lifesaver! If you're feeling super full, try a small protein shot instead of a shake. Shakes can be too thick when you're dealing with nausea.

    Ozempic newbie - body shock!

Yup, sounds like the usual start. It really makes you rethink what "full" means. I'd suggest keeping small, easy-to-eat snacks handy to make sure you get ENOUGH calories. Protein bars, jerky, that kind of thing. I'm about 3 months in. I eat basically whatever I want, and I'm still losing about 2...

    Tirz and undigested food?!

I'm having the opposite problem, I'm finding it hard to have a bowel movement these days. I drink water and I tried adding fiber, but I'm still struggling and feeling nauseous when my glucose spikes. Any suggestions?

Gained all the weight back. Anyone else?

My hypertension is well-managed with medication. If I discontinue it, it will no longer be under control. Check out compounding pharmacies; could be a good option for some. Prices can be as low as $150 per dose.

    Tirz and undigested food?!

    I'm doing 5mg every 5 days.

    Tirz and undigested food?!

Is it just me, or is anyone else seeing bits of undigested veggies in their stool on tirz? I'm eating way more salads and greens now, so maybe that's it, but it's kinda gross finding whole chunks of carrots in there. Seems to happen like 2 days after my shot, which is weird. Anyone else...

Gained all the weight back. Anyone else?

Don't feel bad. Research indicates that the vast majority of people will gain the weight back after they stop using it. It's not your fault. This just reinforces the idea that obesity is a complex issue and science is still trying to figure it out.

Generic Ozempic in Canada - Coming Soon?

March seems to be the general consensus among the pharmacists I've spoken with, but obviously that's subject to change. I'll update if I hear anything more concrete.

Generic Ozempic in Canada - Coming Soon?

I was chatting with my local pharmacist the other day, and they mentioned that the generic version was originally slated for a December debut, but it's been bumped back a bit. My contacts in the industry seem to think it's a hiccup on the production end, not regulatory. I'm not sure if it's a...

    One year of Mounjaro!

Congrats!! Are you dosing out of a multi-dose pen? I'm confused by the 3.75mg dose on your graph. 5.0 is too strong, so I'm back to 2.5. I think 3.0-3.5 is my sweet spot. I've lost 50lbs this past year, but after 3 months on 5, I couldn't keep any weight on. I had to reduce the dose. I have...

GLP-1 'Deals' - sketch or legit?

I'm curious about some of the research peptides mentioned. I saw someone on the other forum talking about TB-500 and BP-157 from an online supplier and was wondering about people's experience with those?
