    Lost weight TOO fast?

Measurements from day one matter more than you'd think - the scale doesn't capture the redistribution. Thread has useful context for anyone starting at a lower weight where the response can be stronger than expected.

JKL peps - anyone try them?

@Wes_19 starting small and seeing how your body responds is always the smarter call.

    Low dose success!

Starting low and evaluating before adjusting is exactly how titration is supposed to work - the formal term just names what most people figure out intuitively. PCOS response to GLP-1 tends to show earlier and more consistently at lower doses than the standard weight-only profile, which probably...

    Low dose success!

My provider has me check in at every renewal to catch side effects, concerns, dosing, weight loss. You don't have monthly check-ins?

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

Pharma side here (antibodies, fill-finish). I know the markup is wild. Started compounding when insurance wouldn't cover tirzepatide—that was the plan til the FDA crackdown. Now I'm just buying what I can and stocking up.

    Dihexa for cognitive issues?

Some other ideas that are different: Shrooms: Psilocybin is known for its neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects on the brain. Some think oxygen-related brain damage is related to brain inflammation. Shrooms also help the brain be more flexible. This is more experimental, but could be...

Didn't notice til I looked back!

Scale watching can be so misleading! I get such a rush from non-scale victories. Like, I pulled out a pair of jeans that were too tight a while back, and they're baggy now!

Anyone else freezing on these meds?!

Ok, so I'm glad I'm not alone. I've also been crazy tired since I upped my dose. Wonder if that's a side effect too? Anyone else experiencing fatigue?

Anyone else freezing on these meds?!

Apparently these GLP's can lower your iron and I've definitely got low iron symptoms, like feeling dizzy when I stand up. I need to remember to take some iron. Also, yes, it makes me cold! I thought it was a metabolism thing, but maybe it's low iron?

    Peptides for RA Relief?

Has anyone looked into Beta Thymosins, especially TB-500, for RA? I saw a post about Carl Lanore using it for injuries and joint pain. I'm a little concerned about some studies linking it to cancer though. Has anyone else heard about this?

    Peptides for RA Relief?

How much Klow should I take? I take GHK-Cu 3mg, TB500 1mg, and BPC157 1mg separately. If I switch to Klow with the added KPV, what dosage should I use?
