Miralax! Seriously, that stuff is a lifesaver. I went almost 10 days without going and nothing was working. A doc recommended Miralax, and it worked like a charm. Now, I take it every other day to keep things moving. Mix it with Gatorade for the electrolytes!

I tried the no-sodium, protein, veggie, no-carb route. In about three months, I ended up with hyponatremia. Sodium was 118, leading to an ambulance ride and a hospital stay. I never thought that could happen eating so clean... Just my story; we're all different.
