    Battling the Nausea Rollercoaster

I can confirm this. I felt almost lifeless for the first month. Hang in there, it should get better like YukiWay said.

    Battling the Nausea Rollercoaster

I found mints helped me more then anything. I also tried an anti-nausea med with no luck. Luckily, my nausea isn't as bad anymore, but it was horrible for a bit, I feel your pain.

Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

Thanks for the tips ZepboundZoe, I'll keep the cagri dose low and only use it when needed. I am also thinking of using retatrutide with some peptides to cut then maintain. Very curious what others have tried.

Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

I did the tirz plus cagri combo a few times since last year. I stalled. I couldn't get below 192, then I added it and went down to 185. I've been stuck since then. I'm on 1.2mg of Survo. I still had food noise, so I added a low dose .6mg cagri. It really hit me. A little bit of nausea, like I...

Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

Honestly, I wasn't losing anything. The food thoughts were gone, and I'd read so much about survodutide being like a cheaper version of retatrutide that I wanted to test it out.

    Halfway to my goal!

I totally agree with Stacy_1978. It's normal to have stalls. I've read that it's more about the trend over time, not the day-to-day number. If you had salty food one day, you might retain water. Just keep at it!

Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

I'm on 15mg of tirzepatide but not really feeling it. I had been trying a cagrilintide combo but it only did a little, mostly just quieted down the constant thoughts about food. So I've swapped the cagri combo for survodutide with the tirzepatide. But now I'm putting weight back on. The food...

    Halfway to my goal!

I need to see more before and afters! Not in a creepy way, just a postpartum thing. I've hit a plateau and this is inspiring.

You look fantastic in both photos, but the progress is amazing! Those abs are serious; you've clearly been working hard!

Down 40lbs since Jan, feeling great!

I totally get how body image can lag behind actual weight loss. I've heard from others that even after significant weight loss, they still feel like they look the same. It's wild. I think it's called body dysmorphia?

Down 40lbs since Jan, feeling great!

Looking great! How did your tattoos hold up with the weight loss? I have a full sleeve and I'm a little worried about how it will look when I start the medication.

Down 40lbs since Jan, feeling great!

Wow! That's incredible! 40 lbs looks like WAY more than 40 lbs on you. Are you also exercising or just focusing on your diet?

    Heard of Orderly Meds?

I haven't, but my doc expressed some concern about some of those places. Apparently, in the past, their products didn't always seem as potent as the name-brand stuff. Just something to consider.

    Heard of Orderly Meds?

I actually used them when I started my Tirzepatide journey. Signed up one week, and the supplies were at my door about seven days later from a pharmacy in Utah. Didn't get any nasty side effects, and it was a big help with those all-day cravings.

    Anyone else a super-slow loser?

167 pounds in 8 months is super impressive, like that one guy said he did! 0. 5mg and 10k steps a day is a fantastic approach honestly. He's really dialed it in.

    Anyone else a super-slow loser?

I think month two was my slowest. I remember barely losing anything then!

    Anyone else a super-slow loser?

I'm a bit confused when people describe one pound a week as "slow". I eliminated about 45 pounds over the past year, so a little less than a pound each week. It felt like a fast process!
