Half a year in, 77 pounds gone!

Wow... I also started in May 2025! I started at 326 pounds and am now at 291. Maybe I'm a slow responder. It's great to see your transformation 😄

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

I saw some talk elsewhere about Kisspeptin. Is anyone using it instead of HCG on TRT?

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

Here's how VYLEESI (bremelanotide) comes: 1. 75 mg bremelanotide in 0.3 mL solution in a single-dose, disposable prefilled autoinjector that comes in a pack of 4. Store it at or below 77°F (25°C). Don't freeze it and keep it out of the light.

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

Has anyone used PT-141 to help with ED? There's also bremelanotide (Vyleesi) for female sexual issues.

    Halfway to my goal!

I started sema in November and I’ve lost about 48 pounds. Never thought it would be possible! I have another 25-30 to go, but I’m happy to take it slow and steady.

    Halfway to my goal!

Would you be willing to share more about your journey? How long did it take you to get here after you started? I think many of us are curious about what to expect. You look amazing in both pictures, but your transformation is so inspiring. I'm hoping to have similar success!

RS is glued to the toilet 😫

This is SUCH a good point. I've been reading about that more and more. It's definitely something to keep in mind on this journey.

RS is glued to the toilet 😫

That sounds terrible. When I first started going up in dosage I didn't have the same issues as you, but I couldn't eat anything and had constant sulfur burps for like 3 days. Then I decided to increase my dose by a tiny amount, and the next time I did 6 days for a couple weeks, then 5. Some of...

RS is glued to the toilet 😫

Did you increase your frequency because your current dose wasn't working, or just because you thought you needed to on a standard schedule after a month? If the 2.5 weekly was still doing the job and you weren't having problems, I'd just dial it back to that dose.

    Tirz or Reta... or Switch?

I stumbled across a Reddit thread where someone said they worked out intensely, were in a calorie deficit, and still gained weight on GLP-1s. Sounds like they might need to speak to an endocrinologist and get some tests done, because that doesn't sound right at all.

    Tirz or Reta... or Switch?

Reta can make you feel just as crummy, honestly. The studies show fatigue levels are similar between tirz and reta. Reta might be overhyped except for the liver benefits. If you have a fatty liver, reta could be the better/faster choice. Studies do indicate quicker weight loss with reta, but...

    One year on GLP-1...whoa!

I've heard from a few people that sometimes gut issues can pop up even after a long time. Maybe talk to your doctor about it? There might be something simple you can do.

Fantastic job! You are inspiring. Kicking diabetes is awesome. Wishing you all the best as you titrate down and maintain.
