Do strangers treat you differently now? If so, how? Congrats!

    Accidental IM injection?

I've also wondered about injecting peptides intravenously. Are there any risks involved? Are there specific peptides that should be avoided IV?

Could you use them for venting your vials?

Two Years on Mounjaro - Woah!

For those just starting, remember that everyone reacts differently to the initial doses. Some may not notice anything, while others will feel the effects almost immediately. Stay hydrated and be mindful of what you eat to minimize potential nausea!

Two Years on Mounjaro - Woah!

Remarkable success! Isn't the shoe size thing interesting? I can't wear any of my rings now and had to adjust my watch. I'm trying those ring adjuster things. They sort of work. I haven't noticed a change in shoe size thing, so fascinating how we all have different experiences.

    Reta: TRT's New Best Friend?

From a medical view, the cardio improvements are also really interesting. Lower blood pressure and better cholesterol are a big deal, especially for those of us who might already be at higher risk.

    Reta-TRUE-tide... or not?

Mounjaro can help with insulin sensitivity and resistance, which then promotes fat breakdown and *can* increase your basal metabolic rate (BMR).

    Reta-TRUE-tide... or not?

I'm working on a study about GLP-1 experiences. If anyone wants to share their good or bad experiences, I can send you a questionnaire. It's for a project to provide better support for patients.

    Reta-TRUE-tide... or not?

I heard that when they brainstorm a retail name, they pass around a jar labeled, "placebos." (Old Steve Martin joke)

    Reta-TRUE-tide... or not?

It's like the guy who invented GIF says it's pronounced "jif"... sometimes the creator is wrong.

High E2 on Reta & TRT - Help!

It is amazing what these meds can do. I know someone else who dropped almost 17kg using semaglutide in 3 months. They also saw really good bloodwork overall, even though their lipid profile was a little concerning. They were wondering if they should continue. Source

High E2 on Reta & TRT - Help!

I agree; that's a big dose to call it TRT. I'm with a specialist, and 130mg a week puts me near the upper limits for free and total test. Even with 1mg of arimidex, my estrogen is still high. My doc is thinking about adding a second dose of 0.5mg a week. Reta has been great for my other metrics...

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

I was reading that Retatrutide could be a game changer for guys on TRT who have a hard time losing fat. Apparently, it's a triple agonist that could help with weight loss while maintaining muscle mass and improving heart health. Sounds promising!

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

I thought the article was mostly about the pills. I'm not sure about calling reta Ozempic 2.0, though. I'd give that title to tirz. I switched from tirz to reta a few weeks ago just to try it, and while I like it, it might not be better than tirz for everyone. It really revved up my metabolism...

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

I'm really hoping they can make those pills as effective as the injectables, honestly. I'm starting to feel guilty about all the medical waste I'm generating with my peptide usage. All those discarded syringes, alcohol wipes, and glass vials… it adds up! Multiply that by everyone else using them...

    Myostatin blockers & GLP-1s?

I saw some discussion online about peptides like sermorelin, ipamorelin, tesamorelin. Apparently they reach a plateau effect after a while. Ipamorelin doesn't need to be cycled, you can just take a low dose consistently.
