    Anyone else kinda like hunger?

Does anyone else find it nice to feel hungry when you miss a dose? I am so rarely hungry anymore, it's like I'm force-feeding myself. When I'm late on my shot, I actually enjoy having an appetite again, and food tastes good!

Ozempic and Vomiting: How Scared Should I Be?

I was super scared like you! It's different for everyone but I just finished my first month and I was terrified to start because of this. I had no issues on this dose! Here’s what I did: I gave myself the shot on Tuesday night after I ate dinner. I inject into my thighs, and it made me cry...

Ozempic and Vomiting: How Scared Should I Be?

You mostly only hear about the scary stories, because people want to complain/get advice. Lots of people take it and feel fine. If it's working, you just keep living your life, you don't talk about it. Talk to your doctor, start small, adjust before increasing, and be smart about it.

Ozempic changed my life - a year later

Amazing job! You should feel super proud - this is all your effort. Your cardiovascular system and other organs are bouncing back now, and you've added serious years to your timeline. I recall the weight class well - I was 315 at my son's birth, dropped to 235, and the transformation was...

    Almost there! GLP-1s are fire

Felt queasy at first but hard to tell. I'm outside most of the day for work, but I've had energy to lift. So yes, but it's hard to say for sure.

    Almost there! GLP-1s are fire

Awesome, that's fantastic to hear! Must feel incredible. Yeah, I know all about the failed diet thing too. I saw someone mention here that there was an uptick and that you should inject twice a week instead of once. Some chart or graph. So, I planned to order Triz since it's better than the...

    Almost there! GLP-1s are fire

Started this journey last fall, made the leap on October 27th. Took a minute to see real results, but stuck with it. First 10 months, I was on Triz (5mg max) and Cagrilintide (1mg max). Just last month, switched Cagrilintide to Retatrutide (2mg). Haven't hit my goal yet, but feeling amazing...

    Real World GLP-1 Results?

The data shows '1st RX, 2nd RX, etc.' which implies each column is about 4 weeks. The article it links to mentions provider inexperience, patient intolerance, and supply issues as reasons for these patterns.

    Real World GLP-1 Results?

Looking at the dose increases, some people started on 1mg or more of sema, which is way more than the recommended starting dose. And it's even worse with tirzepatide, where almost half started on 10mg or more! Why are we surprised people are in the ER? Doctors aren't even reading about the drugs...

50lbs down - slow and steady!

He's moving forward nicely. Remind him this takes time - fast loss doesn't stick like steady does. Fatigue might be the meds but could be his body adjusting. Staying consistent beats sprinting.

Reta newbie here - anyone else?

Has anyone here tried Klow80? I'm wondering if the color is normal - I just got some powder that has a slight blue tint to it. Is that how it's supposed to look or is something off?
