    Halfway to goal!

I started sema about 6 weeks ago and I've lost almost 10 lbs; 40-50 more to go!

Reta vial size? What works best?

Good tip Chris_16, I do that too! I also stick a needle in without the syringe attached to equalize the pressure, especially with the vacuum-sealed vials. Makes it easier to add the water slowly.

    Major weight loss, feeling great!

Finally made it under 200! Huge milestone after hitting that plateau wall. Feels amazing to drop back into the 100s and get out of the overweight range. 5'8" - Started at 240, now 196.5, targeting 140. Really happy with the momentum again.

Reta vial size? What works best?

At 5mg weekly, you're looking at 20mg monthly. Getting a pack of 20mg vials would last around 10 months at that dose. If you're planning on increasing, consider 30mg+ vials. Buying a multi-vial kit can save you some money compared to individual purchases.

New source arrived. Anyone else try it?

Tried injection in thigh cold, stung more than usual. Belly is less sensitive, probably sticking there. Got enough area anyway.

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

Exactly! I feel the same with my current tirz and reta plan. I'm on 8mg of tirz (Thurs) and 4mg reta (Mon) weekly, and the 'I don't want to eat anything' I get from reta is different from the 'I could eat, and probably will' from tirz. I'm not sure I like it! After I get where I want with the...

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

Survo is great to start with, but imo it gets weak after a few months.

    Yes! Way to go!

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

Update on surv0: I think it's about 2-3x stronger than sema. I felt it pretty good at 3mg of surv0 with reta. 1mg-2mg should be a good dose for most people, but it can constipate you even worse than sema. Drink lots of water and get plenty of fiber!

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

I felt like the cagri was losing its effectiveness after a month or two. I even stacked 1mg of surv0 with 2mg of cagri to see if it would help. I think a higher dose of surv0 might be the key.

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

I think surv0 is great if you want a more gradual approach or a maintenance dose.

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

Okay, so I know some of you have asked about this, so I wanted to share my experience comparing surv0 and cagri. I think surv0 is a bit gentler than cagri, but maybe not quite as effective. I started surv0 at 0.5mg and quickly worked my way up to 1mg. I was on 2mg of cagri when I switched. If...

    Ozempic progress - pics!

Love the progress, looks amazing. Turning 32 and halfway there but planning to stay on long term. Maintenance dose like one or one-point-seven. Never regaining that weight or the health problems. Food for thought, funny pun.

Tirz + Reta or Cagri... or split dose?

At 7.5mg Tirz I tried half a mg Cagri and felt real appetite suppression, zero nausea. Bumped to a full mg the next day and it stuck. Might push to 0.75 next week if hunger creeps back.

CGMs and GLP-1s: Who's Using 'Em?

So, like 1200 bucks a year? Yeah, I'd still rather spend that on the good stuff.
