    Anyone tried AOD-9604?

    I went through a complete kit plus two extra vials of AOD. It didn't do anything beneficial and just cost me money. I wish there was a way to resell unused stuff when people realize it's not for them.

    Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

    Like others mentioned, there aren't any studies either way. My research has led me to my own experimentation. I don't want to overload receptors with the same chemical from two items. It might be nothing, but that's my conclusion for me. Many research the opposite approach.

    Ozempic ruined my hot girl night!

    Yep! It's pretty amazing how effective it is, though. With serious lifestyle changes (diet and exercise), therapy, and self-care, I've managed to drop over 100 pounds in under a year, and I'm still working at it!

    Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

    I'm at 15mg of tirz and stalled. Stacking cagri .125 to get to my goal. I have reta in the freezer and have to figure out how I'll try reta in maintenance.

    Last Mounjaro dose 🥲 Switching meds?

    It's a slippery slope. I saw a doctor on Reddit mention that some providers will even suggest ways to elevate your fasting blood sugar on purpose to get a Type 2 diagnosis. They supposedly tell patients upfront that it'll be on their medical records forever. For some, it's worth it.

    Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

    Not everyone's heart rate will jump like that. Some see an initial increase that resolves over time.

    Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

    My usual RHR is around 80. That's really scary to have it jump that high

    Is semaglutide cheaper than Mounjaro if you pay out of pocket?

    Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

    I'd begin with Reta, especially if you're new to GLP-1s. I've found it works well and has fewer side effects compared to others. I started with Tirz, but stopped after about a month because of constipation, insomnia, and lack of enjoyment. Reta hasn't given me those problems, and my weight loss...

    Last Mounjaro dose 🥲 Switching meds?

    TRICARE does cover both tirzepatide and semaglutide, but there are specific requirements: Tirzepatide (Mounjaro): * For Type 2 Diabetes: TRICARE will cover Mounjaro when it's prescribed for T2D. You'll have to meet certain requirements and have a valid prescription. Your doctor will need to...

    Mounjaro = Life Saver?

    To answer Sage12's question, I was a major white wine drinker. Like, a bottle every night. Now, I barely think about it. The "need" is just gone. It's also helped my sugar cravings a lot.

    Reta - One Pound at a Time? Anyone?

    I'm getting a little concerned about where I'm getting my peptides from. I saw something about compounded tirzepatide being banned? What are people doing now?

    Mounjaro = Life Saver?

    It's also helped my relationship with food and alcohol. My transformation isn't as big as yours, but I feel so much better. It's crazy how it just shuts off the desire to drink. I'm really curious about future applications for addiction. Amazing stuff. You look great OP, your eyes tell the story :)

    Sema stuff - help a noob?

    I'd also suggest looking into different peptides and what they do. There are peptides for everything from muscle growth to healing to sleep. Knowing what you want to achieve will help you narrow down your choices. Also, there are some resources out there that compile a list of peptides and their...
