    Thanks Nat_92, it's good to know about the blood pressure, and that it's related to the weight loss and not necessarily the shot itself. The more you know! Good to know about that lipid panel thing too BearDone. I'll definitely be asking my doctor about that at my next appointment.

    I just got the extra results for ALT/AST, they are nominal, I think the Bilirubin thing is probably related to dropping a lot of weight quickly. Any other thoughts?

    Hi everyone, I received new blood test results after being on tirz for two months (6 weeks at 2.5mg and 2 weeks at 5mg). Most of my levels improved, but my bilirubin has increased. After a quick search, rapid weight reduction seems like it could be the cause. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks for the replies everyone. I think I'll try the microdosing Reta approach that Metabolic_Mitch suggested. Seems like a good way to ease into it. Gonna start low and slow. What do you mean by 'food noise hump' exactly?

    You look great! I'm not quite ready for bikinis myself. Your stats are similar to mine. SW around 190, CW 156, GW 130, started in Oct 2024. I'm plateauing, and really struggling with feeling full. Just upped my dose to 15mg. Slow and steady wins the race for me, too.
