Went from chonk to... not as chonk!

I've heard some people are switching from semaglutide to tirzepatide because it might be even more effective. Anyone have experience with that?

Went from chonk to... not as chonk!

Great job! How tall are you? I used to be built kinda like you, but I had weight loss surgery a few years back and ended up with similar stats. Wish these GLP-1 meds were more common back then, I would've chosen that route! And yeah, lifting weights is a must, so many people forget that.

    Halfway to goal!

I dropped 85 in a year. Got pregnant, gained it back, and now I'm back on it. Down 20lbs in just over a month so far.

    Halfway to goal!

So you dropped about 18-20lbs a month AND you were still doubting yourself daily!? You're a harsh critic!

    Anyone messing with GLP-1s?

I've been seeing some buzz about Kisspeptin-10 as an alternative to HCG during TRT. Apparently, it acts like GnRH, stimulating the pituitary to release LH and FSH. Anyone have experience with this, especially for secondary hypogonadism? I'm curious about its effectiveness... and potential...

    Down 60 lbs - My GLP-1 Story!

For those just starting, like Jules2006 did recently, remember protein and fiber are really important. Patients often feel less hungry, but need to make sure that what they do eat is nutritionally dense.

    Down 60 lbs - My GLP-1 Story!

Congratulations! You look great. I hope you still have that dress. The color looks pretty on you, and if you had it taken in, it would be great for a special event.

Saggy skin woes on RETA - advice?

Interesting thought on the tretinoin. I have some for my face... maybe I'll try it on my stretch marks!

Saggy skin woes on RETA - advice?

I've shed over 100 pounds. I have some unfastened skin everywhere you would imagine (and my bum is not so perky anymore, very sad!), but the ones that bothered me the most -- around my jaw and neck -- have improved quite a bit since I (mostly) stopped losing weight about four months ago. I've...

    Am I a GLP-1 fraud?

I agree with Pip_86. This med shows that "self-control" isn't the whole story for everyone. Hormonal imbalances cause real hunger that isn't about needing food. This med corrects that. It's not a band-aid; it's a new way to live.

    Am I a GLP-1 fraud?

My starting weight was the same as yours! I'm 5'2" and my current goal weight is close to your original. I never thought I could get down to 120!!! Your photos and story are so inspiring.

    Face Gains!

Did the weight loss start pretty quick? I've been on it almost a month and haven’t lost that much :(

Finally under 200 after all these years!

IBS has been my nightmare for years, doc after doc with no real answers. This has legitimately changed that part of my life. Finally something that actually works.
