Hey Trim_IRL, I'm on both too. Definitely eat protein even if you aren't hungry. A protein shake can help if you really can't stomach anything. You don't want to feel shaky from low blood sugar!
I was almost 200 lbs before starting on this. Now I'm down to 140. I'd like to drop maybe another 10 lbs or so. I go to the gym three times a week at the Senior Center. At 66, I feel a lot better.
