    Feeling myself these days!

You look amazing! But 135 *is* quite low. I'm 5'3", and at 135, I'd be a size 0 or 2. That's pretty small. New goal? Good!

From Chubby to Garage Fridge Commando

I remember when I was gaining weight back after my surgery... those were dark times. I ate a huge salad. Huge for me, at least. I finished it, totally stuffed, couldn't eat another bite without feeling sick. But I still felt hungry. GLP-1s stop that.

    BPC vendors dried up?

I think I saw a vendor that has kits of both. He's got TB-500 and the original TB4, which is hard to come by. US based and takes credit cards so I prefer him.

    Titration Troubles & Tolerance?

Just a reminder, folks, that any dosage adjustments should be discussed with your healthcare provider. While anecdotal experiences can be helpful, they don't replace professional medical advice. Factors like individual metabolism, other medications, and pre-existing conditions can all affect how...

    Making Progress!

I saw someone mention they lost like, 130 pounds in a little over two years on Wegovy then Zepbound, and they're about to qualify for a kidney transplant! Amazing what these meds can do alongside diet and exercise. They said they started around 380 and now they're at 250. Unreal.

Ozempic journey - don't give up!

It's not a race! Slow and steady progress is still progress. And as PinLady says, focus on body composition changes, not just the number on the scale.

    GLP-1 shots every 5 or 6 days?

It's also okay to stay on a low dose that is effective. I read a thread where someone was asking about Ozempic and staying on a small dose because of side effects. The consensus was that the lowest effective dose is key.

Down 30+ lbs but not seeing it!

Saw this on Reddit, and it's really inspiring! Someone shared a before/after where they went from 275 lbs and a size 18/20 to 209 lbs and a size 12/13 (sometimes a 10!). They mentioned managing PCOS and now diabetes with the medication, plus Pure Barre workouts. It goes to show what's possible!
