Went back down on my dose!?

25kg at 5mg over a year is the argument for minimum effective dose right there. If it is working, escalating is optional.

    Hit ONEderland!!

Onederland is one of the milestones that actually feels different when you cross it. The 100s have a different weight than any specific number - probably because you spent so long on the other side. The day you hit it tends to be one most people remember exactly.

    Good sema hookups with testing?

COA availability without having to ask should be the baseline. Vendors who make you chase it are either disorganized or hiding something. Worth factoring that in against the price.

    Pre-filled carts: Worth the risk?

To MicrodoseMami: Some say they feel a difference depending on the injection spot, others don't. Some people find it suppresses their hunger more in the stomach, or have a 'smoother' week in the thigh. The key is rotating sites. I've started keeping track because I can't remember where I...

Down 25+ lbs in ~2 months!

Just wanted to chime in and say that even a pound or two lost a week is still progress. Don't get discouraged if you aren't losing as quickly as others. It's not a race, and slow and steady is often healthier for your body!

Down 25+ lbs in ~2 months!

You're doing fantastic! Seriously, well done. I'm not sure where you'll find another 30+ lbs, you look great already!

Wegovy price cuts?! (with a catch)

That's great news for you guys up there! The more affordable options, the better. Hopefully, it will also push down the brand-name prices.

    Goal weight! Now what??

I'm really hoping to avoid being on this medication for life. I'm working on changing my mindset around food and exercise. It's encouraging to see that some people can maintain their weight loss after stopping.

Mounjaro 2.5mg - When to move to 5mg?

Have you considered focusing on body composition instead of just the scale during Ramadan? Maybe track measurements or how your clothes fit, since weight can fluctuate with fasting and hydration. It might be a more motivating way to see progress without fixating on the number.

Wegovy price cuts?! (with a catch)

That's an insane amount of money! Ozempic's about £175 a month privately here in the UK. I get mine free on the NHS since it's for Type 2 diabetes.

    Sterilizing peps with UV?

I believe Janoshik Analytical is a popular choice for independent peptide testing.

Mounjaro 2.5mg - When to move to 5mg?

Some of the rapid weight losses I've seen posted online have been surprising, as I'm losing less than a pound per week. I'm glad I decided to weigh myself weekly to manage my expectations. With minimal side effects on 2.5mg (my second 5mg dose has been a bit different), I've been able to adjust...

    Goal weight! Now what??

I'm slowly lowering my dose (I was at .5mg) to see where I can stay at the same weight.

Wegovy price cuts?! (with a catch)

It's ridiculous what you guys in the States have to pay. Here in Australia, I pay about 250 dollarydoos a month for a private Wegovy script, and 150 for Ozempic. On the PBS (Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme), Ozempic's only 7 dollarydoos for diabetics.

    Sterilizing peps with UV?

If UV kills bacteria, it's likely to also damage the peptides themselves.

    Compounding peps into caps?

I didn't know they were FDA approved! That's reassuring. Thanks for the info!

    Compounding peps into caps?

Have you looked into GLP-1 medications? They are injectable, but people are having great success losing weight. Semaglutide is one, but due to demand, there can be shortages.

    Compounding peps into caps?

For liquid Cialis, it's generally around 20 drops per mL.

Anyone found a good constipation fix?

For severe constipation, some people find Miralax helpful. It's an osmotic laxative that draws water into the bowel to soften the stool. However, it's important to use it as directed and not rely on it long-term without consulting a healthcare professional.

Anyone found a good constipation fix?

Chia seeds have helped me quite a bit. Either chia jam or chia pudding. The jam with yogurt is especially effective for me.
