There are other ways to bring tariffs back.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

I love that this is even a discussion. Do you think they drop this stuff when it's being shipped from overseas?

Dropped my Reta - still good?

    Agreed with InjectLoss.

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Nah, you're good. Those things probably take a beating during shipping anyway.

Muscle Loss: A Serious GLP-1 Side Effect?

My dad is going through the same thing, always complaining about his nonexistent rear. We joke about getting him a BBL for his 80th birthday. Seriously, FoxIRL641, up your protein and lift weights, even if it means going a little over your calorie needs. If you lifted weights before, your body...

Muscle Loss: A Serious GLP-1 Side Effect?

Since you're having rotator cuff surgery anyway, FoxIRL641, maybe talk to a doctor about testosterone replacement therapy. If you've lost a ton of muscle on Ozempic, you won't be able to lift weights for months after the surgery. TRT might help you preserve the muscle you have while you recover.

    NAD+500: Dosage advice?

I know some people also stack NAD+ with GH-releasing peptides like sermorelin. I read that you want to make sure you're not eating a bunch of sugary stuff when you take it, because IGF-1 and insulin kinda fight each other. Bedtime might be the best time to inject sermorelin, or at least after...

    Food doesn't run me anymore!

It's amazing how many people are finding success with these medications. A recent report said that something like 6% of adults in the US are using injectable meds for weight loss, and HALF the country is interested! This could really change how we approach health and wellness.

    NAD+500: Dosage advice?

I didn't say anything about a faster rush with IM. I just didn't feel anything SubQ. IM gives me energy, better cognition and mood all day. SubQ didn't give me those benefits. T works well SubQ, I agree.

Trial and error is a good approach. 🙂

    NAD+500: Dosage advice?

Most people do it SubQ, I do IM. I'm a bit of an outlier.

    Don't be mean, please!

Do your own research before jumping on trends. There's legit studies about high IGF levels and lifespan - just make sure you verify before trying anything.

    NAD+500: Dosage advice?

I have to inject it IM. Tried SubQ about 6 months ago and didn't feel much. Maybe I'll try SubQ again to be sure.

    GLP-1s first-line tx now?!

Started my kid at 2mg weekly but decided to split it into 1mg doses three days apart. Wanted to make sure nothing weird would happen and could pull back fast if needed. Did that the first couple weeks, then kicked up to 6mg the next week and we're still moving through titration. Grammar tweaked.

    NAD+500: Dosage advice?

Loving NAD+ so far. 75mg daily for 3 weeks. More energy, better mood, and lower blood pressure. Feeling a little better each day.

    Food doesn't run me anymore!

That's awesome!!!! Congrats! This community is so great. I'm only two weeks in, and I'm already seeing such a big difference. I don't usually get too excited, but this medicine is really changing things.
