Hi everyone! I started my journey weighing 376 pounds, and I'm so happy to share that I'm now at about 290. It's really changed my world. I'm not done yet, still got more to lose, but I just had to post a little before and after for some encouragement.

Exactly! What works in rodents isn't always the same in humans. Lots of products with promising early studies wind up failing because they don't affect humans the same way. Any peptides I take need to have solid human trials showing promise.

Recognize it's probably safe and slowly collecting a kit. Just always preferred sticking to established drugs in general populations. Know I'm closing eyes with this thing but tell myself the dose is tiny and not forever.

Tirz is great, I tried it. Had to dial back from 10mg because depression kicked in but otherwise would have kept going. Getting the best results I can.

I am happy about the weight loss too, but I'm feeling really self-conscious about the extra skin. I feel like I have to wear really baggy clothes to hide it. Anyone else feel this way?

If you get the 10-vial kit, they usually only label single vials. The test vial I got was like, 14mg instead of 5mg! That could be a problem if you're not careful, but it's a win if you are.

Yep, the box has the batch number so you can double-check the lab results. I just slap a label on each vial as soon as I get it. I take the vial, label it, and then toss the labeled vial and the box into the freezer. Label as I reconstitute and use.

Good call. I'd be lost without labels! Why don't they label them?
