    Down 80, feeling great!

I agree with Lift_Health. Taking measurements is a great way to visually assess progress. Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole story!

Mixing my own peptides! SO excited!

The easiest way to figure out dosage is by adding the same amount of water as the medication you're going to use. For instance, if you have a 5mg vial of something, you would add 5mL of water.

Mixing my own peptides! SO excited!

LOL I thought you'd like that! Those are great results! After my accident, I went up to 280. Now I'm at 245. I started on sema and it stopped working, then switched to tirz. Not sure what my goal weight is. But I have to be over 250 with clothes on to skydive. Otherwise, I'll just keep going...

Mixing my own peptides! SO excited!

Congrats! Losing almost 60 pounds is HUGE, and feeling good is the BEST part. Sounds like you got tired of paying too much and found the grey market. Smart move! Keep it up! YES this, exactly this feeling. I was headed down the same road.

Legs then vs now - see a diff?

You look amazing! Your legs especially look fantastic in those shorts. I suspect I have Lipedema... but maybe the shots can help. My sister had lipedema too and since losing 60lbs, it's almost gone! The doc said to take the shot *because* of the lipedema too!

Legs then vs now - see a diff?

    Cycling Peps?

That's an interesting idea. I'd be concerned about potential side effects from such infrequent use. I'm also curious about Dihexa. I saw some stuff about it for cognitive enhancement. Has anyone tried it?

    Cycling Peps?

Hi everyone, Do peptides such as GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 require cycling, or can they be used indefinitely?

Weight Comes Back After Stopping GLP-1s?

Totally agree. If you actually build better eating and workout habits while on them, that sticks around. I hit a gym right after my last kid and got a trainer, then moved to a home setup with Peloton. Taking time to learn cooking and find routines you like makes a real difference keeping it off.

    Coming off Sema... Advice?

That's unfortunately common. Some studies show that people who restart semaglutide don't lose as much weight as first-timers. It's partly psychological and requires even stricter adherence.

    Finally at a 'normal' BMI!

Congrats, that's awesome!! It felt great to hit that as an adult. Keep up the good work!

    Coming off Sema... Advice?

I've already put back on almost a dozen pounds. The key is to stick to the exact same eating habits you had while on the medication, even after the cravings return. You'll have less appetite at first, so maintenance is key.

    Finally at a 'normal' BMI!

Huge congratulations! That's amazing work! Have you had any issues continuing your medication now that you're at a healthier BMI? And how long did it take you to achieve this?
