I've definitely noticed a decrease in some of my bad habits. I have stopped biting my nails completely and have almost no anxiety now. I'll keep using this medication if it keeps my mind in this state! I've been taking it for about half a year.

It looks like you've lost weight all over. Did you start any kind of exercise regimen in conjunction with the medication? You look more fit rather than just deflated from weightloss. Gradual weightloss is probably better overall.
