    Tirz dose not working? Help!

My wife and I both get tirz from the same place. 7.5mg/week was good for me. I couldn't handle 10mg/week. Had side effects and lost weight too fast. I even split the dose into two injections a week to help with the side effects. My wife takes 15mg/week, no side effects, but slower weight loss...

    Tirz powder still good?

First question: Go ahead and mix it up. Next time, if you're buying stuff and not using it right away, freeze those vials! Second question:

    Tirzepatide and wicked acid reflux?

Same here. I’ve been taking omeprazole for over a decade to help treat an autoimmune issue, and my acid reflux noticeably worsened when I increased my dose of tirz. I did some research and figured out that the omeprazole might be making things worse when taken with a GLP-1. My autoimmune...

I'll also suggest trying a PPI. They work great for some people!

I agree with the folks who are asking about loose skin, Toni_21! I'm wondering the same thing, since you've had such great results in a short amount of time. Any tips?

    Down 100+ lbs!

You look fantastic!! It's truly a game-changer, right? I need to lose another 8 lbs to reach my goal. I've lost 100 lbs total, with 80 of that because of my meds. :)

I'm so happy for you! I've had to have my rings resized twice now. It's a great NSV :)

OMG! I hit my goal weight!

Congrats!! Did you stop losing so you switched to the other med? I've been on one for 8 months and I've dropped 36, but the last month and a half nothing... do you think switching to another one is the answer?

    Ozempic lawsuits already?

It's a "failure to warn" suit when the label clearly says GI problems are a risk? People need to read the warnings before popping pills and then blaming everyone else when things go south. Learn about potential side effects and risks before you start something new.

    Under 200! 🎉 Semaglutide success

I'm about 7 months in, and while I was hoping for faster results, I've still lost a little over 20lbs. My clothes fit better, and my cholesterol is way down. I'm satisfied with where I'm at. Don't compare to others, everyone is different. SW: 190, CW 167. I’m 5’1.

    Neck gains?!

I'm thinking about plastic surgery to get rid of some excess skin. Has anyone else considered this? I'm tired of the extra skin on my neck and stomach!

    Neck gains?!

I think I've seen the same results – I don't have that little hump anymore, and the skin under my arms doesn't look so dark either. So happy!

    Maintaining this bod! Who else?

Thanks for the detailed and eloquent post. Mix_Set What kind of specialist are you seeing? I'm talking to my PCP this week, who is good, but the provider you are working with sounds extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
