It's around $275 at my pharmacy in Canada. I use the starter pen and got extra needles and it lasts me for almost two months, so it's like $140 a month. It's really worth it to me. But cheaper would be amazing since my insurance won't pay for it.

JerseyGirl_Health, yeah, feeling full is pretty common. Some people lose their appetite a lot. You might need to adjust your diet to make sure you're getting enough protein and calories, especially if you're lifting. Some people feel weaker on these meds, so listen to your body.

Like Tired_of_Tired said, sounds like you increased too fast. Maybe you don't need to swap to sema, just cut back on the tirz. And I'll second that – going too hard too fast with sema could be much worse. What dosing schedule were you following on the tirz? If you were going by the typical one...
