7+ months in - slow but steady!

I'm in the same boat! About a pound each week. I've lost around 30, and nobody seems to notice. Some friends dropped twice as much in the same time. Some are just more sensitive to it. Others might be cutting calories too drastically and losing muscle. Not what I want at all. It's worth the cost...

Fine to stay on a low dose?

Wow, that's a lot of loss on a starting dose. Make sure you are focusing on protein. I was reminded that quicker loss needs to protect muscle.

Fine to stay on a low dose?

Dr. Ania Jastreboff is awesome! Check out this vid where she chats about tweaking doses, grub, and when you hit a wall. https://youtu.be/j3k3UAEqJio She's all about taking it easy with the dosing for her regular patients.

Weight Loss Meds: Working *Too* Well?!

Seriously! I saw one woman mention someone was investigating her *eye color*! What is wrong with people? We should be supporting each other. Good for you for losing 30lbs! That's awesome!

Weight Loss Meds: Working *Too* Well?!

Too much weight loss? Ha! Tell that to my closet full of clothes that don't fit anymore! Seriously though, if these meds are working, I'm all for it.

    Weird metallic taste on Reta?

Interesting about the taste changes, @Witty-Pizza. I've heard of some people experiencing allergic reactions, though it seems rare. I saw someone mention sermorelin causing some weird reactions, possibly from a concentrated dose if the vial wasn't mixed well before injecting.

    Weird metallic taste on Reta?

Considering how glucagon influences things… it could be mild ketosis depending on your diet, HealthHustle. I’ve heard some folks need more carbs on Reta to balance their sugar. https://www.jneurosci.org/content/41/16/3682

    Sketchy labs, need new sources?

Anyone still using Blue Sky tadalafil? I've heard rumors that they changed the formula and it's not as good.

    Sketchy labs, need new sources?

I'll be happy when this is completely proven with whistleblowers and screenshots. It's obvious to anyone that there's no such thing as 'free services.'

    GLOW Protocol - How Strict?

I actually tried Ipamorelin a little while ago, but I felt weird, kinda strung out, even at a low dose of 100mcg. That's why I'm back to looking for alternatives. Do you have any recommendations for peptides good for fat loss and strength gains?

    GLOW Protocol - How Strict?

I'm not following the GLOW protocol, but I use a sermorelin/GHRP-2 blend. I was on sermorelin alone for a while and saw some decent results. Now I'm using a blend, haven't noticed a huge difference yet tho. I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with those?

    My squishy bits are… happy?!

I dropped about 40 lbs, and while I'm thrilled about my health, I'm also a bit down about the loose skin. It's a mixed bag of emotions, you know? I'm trying to focus on the positive, but it's a process.

    My squishy bits are… happy?!

I feel like a deflated balloon these days, but my type 2 is in remission and I've got energy to burn. So I'm squeezing into my shapewear and rocking it. Onward!

    Down 80lbs on Oz...now what?

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words! To answer some questions: yes, that's my daughter. And I did incorporate light exercise - mostly walking - but the majority of the loss was diet and the medication.

    GLP-1s & my liver's like, YES!

    Down 80lbs on Oz...now what?

Wait, since when does Ozempic go up to 2.0mg? I thought 1.7mg was the max?

    Down 80lbs on Oz...now what?

Hit a milestone! Lost approximately 80 pounds after a little over a year on Ozempic. Mostly stuck with the 2.0mg dose. Aiming for another 25 pounds. For reference, I'm 5'0", started at 240lbs, currently at 160lbs.
