Expired BAC water - still good?

Bacteriostatic water past expiration doesn't fail suddenly - the benzyl alcohol preservative is stable and the water itself doesn't degrade. The expiration is a regulatory date, not a microbial threshold. If seals are intact and storage was cool and dark, it's usable.

50lbs down - slow and steady!

50 lbs in 10 months at roughly one pound a week - the eating control shift is what makes the loss stick.

Fridge or no fridge after opening?

Freezing reconstituted peptides degrades them - Reta after reconstitution should stay refrigerated but not frozen. Max cold on a mini fridge can get close to freezing depending on the unit; 2-4C is the target, not 0 or below.

    Ozempic: $5 to make?!

Hey everyone. Super tired on Ozempic lately, like I can barely stay upright some days. Started smooth but things flipped. I'm eating enough, not starving myself. Anyone else deal with this? Does it settle down or need a dose drop?

    Food Aversions on MJ?

I do about 11 mg of tirz every 5 days. hunger started creeping back so I tried another one at .5 and it was like that first good dose again. I use it as-needed now when stress hunger kicks in. haven't needed it in a couple months but nice to have.

    Weight Loss Stalled? Try This!

gained weight when i started. month 4 and only down 2 lbs. discouraged because people losing 10–30 lbs fast probably ate junk before—i ate clean, just too much. already worked out. assuming this helps me maintain a deficit easier. not quitting though.

    Halfway to my goal!

I dropped about 50 lbs in the first two months. It slowed down after that, but it was a good start!

    Almost at my goal!

I did! I cut way back on sweets and try to walk at least 30 minutes a day. Nothing too crazy!

1+ year stall on max dose: ideas?

I try to walk every day, but I don't think I'm burning as many calories as my tracker says. Maybe I need to step it up?

1+ year stall on max dose: ideas?

I only lost like 5 pounds since October, and I still want to lose another 60 to 70. I'm on a 2.0mg dose for almost 2 months. I literally switched to just lightly seasoned chicken breast, broccoli, and cauliflower rice this last week, but I’m already down another 5. I think that, plus my TDEE...

    Almost at my goal!

After six months with semaglutide, I'm just about 5 pounds from my initial target weight! I'm thinking of aiming for another 5 pounds less and then trying to maintain. Don't give up, everyone! It takes some time, but it's so worth it. I'm 5'2.75" tall, started at 176, and now I'm down to 146...

    Eloralintide: Amylin agonist!

Elora seems like it'll be stronger and cause fewer side effects. But cagri is effective at controlling appetite, so you should still consider using it in combination with tirz/sema/reta if necessary.

    Eloralintide: Amylin agonist!

Good news, everyone! The full sequence of Eloralintide is in the paper, so I'm guessing research peptides will be available relatively soon.

    Eloralintide: Amylin agonist!

I just found this article about Eloralintide (LY3841136), a new amylin receptor agonist, and it looks promising for treating obesity. Check it out: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2212877825001784 The study talks about how it works, the methods they used, and the results they...

Reta: 40lbs gone in 60 days!

I've seen people lose a lot in the beginning, like that reddit user who lost almost 16 pounds in a month! It could be inflammation too. It all depends on the person and what they're doing.

Reta: 40lbs gone in 60 days!

It should look similar to that. What reseller and vendor did you use? Love your username btw and congrats on losing! I've lost about 47 pounds in 3 months while on tirz and reta.
