    Tirz and sleepless nights?

Maybe get some bloodwork done and see if you're low on anything? Common stuff like iron, B12, and Vit D can really mess with your energy levels.

    Tirz and sleepless nights?

I didn't sleep great before Tirzepatide, so it's hard to say if it made it worse, but the lower calorie intake definitely makes it more noticeable. My doc prescribed something mild to help, but I found something else that works just as well!

Ozempic: 150+ lbs gone in 7 months!

Do you have any old clothes that you can try on? Like jeans you haven't worn in a while? That can be a really good way to see how much you've changed physically.

    Gonna stop cold turkey! Help!

Maybe try a compounding pharmacy? Get vials of the medicine and stay on a maintenance dose? Just a thought to discuss with your doctor!

    Gonna stop cold turkey! Help!

Sneak some weights into your pockets at the doc's office haha! Seriously though, that sucks. I always suggest looking into online options. See what the cost would be. They might even get you started at 2mg.

    Needle gauge questions

Trying to inject an oil-based substance with a 32 gauge needle is like trying to suck a really thick milkshake through a tiny straw. You'll be there all day.

    Anyone still using Yacon?

Thanks for the info, everyone. I'm also researching some peptides and wondering if anyone has experience with Ipamorelin? I saw some people talking about stopping it and having negative effects.

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

Hey Slightly_Smaller, when you feel like nothing's appealing, try protein shakes, yogurt, or simple stuff like carrots. I find that easier to stomach sometimes.

    Anyone still using Yacon?

I've been seeing a few research articles popping up about Yacon syrup, mostly talking about potential benefits for managing weight, glucose levels, and A1c. Just wondering if there's been any new developments or if anyone has more info on this?

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

Hey all! I've had some good results with Ozempic, lost about 25 lbs in half a year. But I've noticed food is different now. Sometimes, I just don't feel like eating or I'm queasy, so I skip meals or just snack. I felt pretty weak and realized I wasn't getting the right stuff. I found some easy...

    Partner blabbing my meds!

Your partner sounds pretty shallow. They probably can't wait to have a 'skinny' partner instead of someone 'bigger'. It says a lot about their character. You don't owe anyone details about your medical stuff. A good partner should respect that. My advice? Start planning your exit strategy now.

    Partner blabbing my meds!

Time to bail. This won't be the last time they violate your privacy, whether it's about a weight loss drug or something else.
