    Restarting at the Lowest Dose?!

Oral to injected is effectively a different bioavailability profile - that restart is genuinely warranted.

GG Peps - Anyone Heard Of Them?

I've seen a few new peptide companies popping up. More competition is always a good thing!

GG Peps - Anyone Heard Of Them?

I'll message you my usual supplier. Not sure what they've got available, but hopefully, it'll help.

    Food doesn't run me anymore!

For WADA-legal stuff: Creatine 5-10g with shakes, multivit every other day, Vitamin D, ZMA (helps sleep), fish oil. Pre-workout: Tadalafil 5mg (insane pump), cannabis, Salbutamol 4mg sometimes, Yohimbine for fasted cardio I never do, Six Star PWO, and Laffy Taffy for carbs.

    Insurance hassle, AGAIN!

happened to me too. had wegovy then zepbound covered through my old job's CIGNA. got laid off, switched to my husband's BCBS, denied for a year due to exclusion — appeals didn't help. got lilly direct at $449/month but struggling.

    Beach bod unlocked!

i quit after 3 months the first time, down about 50 lbs but side effects were too much. off for 6 months and gained 10 back. restarted and got to 70 down total. lower dose now, finally feel normal again + at goal weight.

    Sudden weight drop--normal?

I agree with Sub-Q_Sammy, weight loss is not linear! Don't get discouraged by small losses. I've been taking a semaglutide for about 6 months now and I've only dropped around 20 pounds, but I'm still happy with the progress. It's slow and steady, and I know I couldn't have done it on my own.

    Trouble with a buddy's injections :(

Generic syringe kits bundled with compound sema orders are usually fine - the issue when they arise is almost always plunger friction or air bubbles from too-fast draw. What's the symptom that's coming up with it?

    Sudden weight drop--normal?

Did you recently increase your exercise intensity like maybe a month or two ago? That can cause you to retain water for a bit, which then whooshes off all at once. You might have been losing the weight all along, but the water was hiding it.

    Mounjaro: A year later!

One year with BP and A1c improvements together is the compound metabolic outcome that makes the clinical case for continuing past the weight goal - both markers moving together is more predictive of cardiovascular risk reduction than either alone.

Mounjaro: Stress Eating Replaced with Stress Driving!

love Sola bagels—each has 30g fiber so I do half morning, half night. sardines or canned fish. tried bunch of protein yogurts but only stick with the Seeq strawberry lemonade. mix it with collagen, liquid IV, and creatine for everything in one drink.

7+ months in - slow but steady!

I'm with you, Izzy_76. I only weigh when I visit my doctor. I rely on how my clothes fit. It's less stressful.

    Almost to my first goal!

I'm down 105 pounds in about a year and a half! Started at 261, currently at 156! My goal is 150 for now, but eventually I want to be around 130-145 with some muscle! You've got this, Kim_12!

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

Thanks for sharing that. It's good to know I'm not alone. Maybe I just need to adjust my expectations and focus on other things like exercise. I really appreciate it!

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

I'm so jealous reading this. I've been taking this for over a year, now on the 15mg dose. I dropped around 20 pounds in the first couple of months, but nothing since then. It feels like I'm the only person on the planet this isn't working for. I still have a good appetite. I can't eat as much...

    Almost to my first goal!

That's phenomenal progress, Kim_12! Don't minimize your achievement; you're doing incredibly well! ❤️

Fine to stay on a low dose?

I'm about 5 months in and things are going super well. My doc is suggesting a bump to 5mg, and I think it's a good idea since the food noise is creeping back and I get a little hungry on 2.5 now. Feels like I'm relearning how to manage it, which isn't all bad!
